As I was slamming our 99' Saab down an access road while we were uncertain how far ahead we had gotten from the train, I was in my happy place. Surrounded by large flashes of yellow among the pines, a little soggy from the weather, and far away from responsibility. I took this shot of the trestle at Heron Bay over the Pic River standing on the trunk lid of the venerable Saab 9-3 after having backed it up as far as I was able to confidently and was glad to not be called in for my actions. Instead I received a smile and a wave, and went back to bumpin' and bangin' the yellow convertible back down the road to chase further west. You'll never experience a fall like one along the North Shore of Superior.

After sendin my kids to school, my spider senses, or should i say "Kupa senses" started to tingle and I ended up here! I was like
"dang nammit..where the crap am I?" I'm seeing dense mangrove trees, the moment i stepped out of the car, a freakin huge black butterfly
flew like 5 metres up at the top of the trees, .. never seen a butterfly do that before!
I'm seeing creepy looking trees, and the scary thought of bumpin into a "**Happy swamp thing" quickly comes to mind. Times apart, I could hear sounds from the trees
that'll keep you up all night.....I'm soo not kidding!!
On the bright side, the shady & cooling atmosphere, the wild birds and a sense of "being alone" is such an awesome feeling for me.
I'm plannin to go there again someday, next time i bringin my flashy thingy & cough!..cough!.."latex suit"!
P/s- this is a mangrove area, swampy & muddy. But not too far away from a village, I'm leavin the adventure stuff to my pal Dora here!

Another Day of Bumpin @ Acer Arena. Installing new gear and making sure it all works, with final setup and rehearsals taking place. It really is a huge Audio/Lighting/Television rig for this event. I tooks these pics on the 30th of June when i was there installing things. I was there from 7:30am to 6pm. This whole setup is for Hillsong Conference 07 and this conference happens every year around 2-6 july. Starts Monday Night (July 2nd obviously) and introduction to Hillsong Conference 07 will be huge!! (Secrets withheld)
