This bug is being bugged (by me). I'm trying to hold the camera still but I guess my hands were shaking bad, thus, it's not that good of a macro shot.

Ambush bugs

I think ambush bugs are fascinating. They're like tiny armored vehicles or mini-dinosaurs.
Crab spider on a daisy petal. We played a bit of hide and seek getting this shot. After the photo shoot, the spider went back to guarding the flower and waiting for a meal to show up.
Single shot, hand held. Used a Raynox DCR-250 on the macro lens.
Not my usual type of photography, pulled out my macro lens, pretty cool but I welcome any tips as this is a lot tougher than I thought!! Hand held.

Daughter finally got brave enough to hold this cool looking bug which seemed to enjoy being perched on her finger and soaking up the sun. :D
