This was a tiny thing, I think its some sort of Needle nosed bug, not quite sure, I didn't even think it was alive when I first spotted it, then it moved!!

Thanks to striving67 - this is an assassin bug. It was on the gas pump as I was filling up and it was big.

Is it a resurgence of Bugs? I'm spotting more and more of these on the streets where I live. Better gas mileage or what other causes for reemergence of these funny looking cars.

I was out walking around downtown Grand Haven and I stopped to smell the flowers. Here was this little guy buzzing around so I got out my macro lens. I dont have that much experience so this is as good as I can do for now.

I had to shoot at f/2.8 in order to keep shutter speeds high enough to get rid of motion blur due to the wind and for some reason he just wouldn't sit still for me.

Strange bug i found in my garden have no idea what it is.

Conveniently, a motionless bug was clinging on to the underside of the pot containing my fungi....seemed rude not to.

May 16/11 every old house has creepy crawlies from time to time...

This ugly bug is bow legged and tried to hide by crawling underneath the leaf the first time I approached and I waited a few minutes to approach from another angle and got this shot, on my front porch area.

BUG's LIFE

Wee little spider I found in the kitchen. It's close to winter here, so I took advantage and had a little photo op with this guy.

Best viewed large. This little stink bug came out of his hiding place under a leaf at the back of this image and seemed to be daring me to come closer. He was flipping out his proboscis and springing up and down on his legs.
