Here's the second of my two mashups today. This was was inspired by 'Ana de Maras as Buffy the Vampire Slayer', and there are definite traces of Sarah Michelle Gellar in the end result!

Just in case a real vampire knocks on your door on 31st of October ;-) In my part of Germany there is no tradition of children dressing up and walking from door to door performing a little dance or singing a song in order to collect as many sweets (or whatever) as possible. There is "Rummelpottlaufen" in Northern Germany, and there are the "Sternsinger" ("star singers") in catholic areas, who, usually on Epiphany, walk from house to house, sing songs, and collect money for charity. Well, and in Berlin there indeed is the "Martinstag", St. Martin's Day, on 11th of November, when groups of young children walk along the streets with lanterns, accompanied by grown-ups. But they won't stop at anybody's door and ask for sweets. So I decided to stick to Halloween which has become very popular in Germany over the recent years as well. Important note: My "tricked treat" is meant as Halloween for grown-ups. Grown-up vampires ;-) I'd never replace sweets with garlic cloves or use liqueur filled chocolates such as "Mon Chéri" as a Halloween treat for children.
Processed entirely in Luminar (Accent Al filter, detail enhancer, micro structure, matte look, LUTs [Davos, if I remember correctly]), with finishing touches in ON1, where I'd applied some glow to make this garlic clove look a little more seductive ;-)

Nur für den Fall, dass am Abend des 31.10. ein echter Vampir an der Tür klingelt und Süßkram einfordert ;-) Nur echt mit der "Piemont-Knolle" natürlich ;-) Die berühmte "Piemont-Kirsche" gibt es als Sorte übrigens gar nicht. Der Name ist eine Erfindung des Herstellers und ist angelehnt an die Herkunftsregion der Familie Ferrero. Eingekauft werden ganz "normale" Kirschen unter anderem aus Polen, Chile und Ortenau in Deutschland, das weiß jdf. Wikipedia zu berichten. Da es einen richtigen "Heischebrauch" in der Berliner Region so nicht gibt, die Laternenumzüge kleiner Kinder am Martinstag (11.11.) zählen sicher nicht dazu, weil die Kinder nur durch die Straßen ziehen und nicht an Türen klingeln, um Süßigkeiten einzufordern, habe ich mich an Halloween gehalten, das ja auch hier in Deutschland in den letzten Jahren sehr populär geworden ist. Natürlich würde ich niemals Bonbons durch Knoblauchzehen ersetzen oder gar Mon Chéri an Kinder verteilen. Aber ich bin gern gewappnet für alle Fälle ;-)
Entwickelt in Luminar (u. a. Accent-Al-Filter, Detail verbessern, Microstruktur, Matt-Effekt, LUTs [Davos, wenn ich mich recht erinnere]) und ON1 für einen leichten Glow-Effekt, um die olle Knolle etwas verführerischer wirken zu lassen ;-)

there was a sense of urgency to get into ballroom 20 on day 2... and the main reason? this guy. i made sure to get into this room from the get go and managed to secure myself a great seat. it was totally worth it to miss out on the exhibit hall just so i could catch the screening of the unaired episode of dollhouse and then listen to creator joss whedon and producer eliza dushku talk about the show.

Used an AI face swap tool, just playing a bit.
Combined two of my favorite shows.
One day, I will go back and retake this picture with a Tripod because I would love to capture The Eye from this point of view rather than from the Victoria Embankment
I also photographed it from the same position as everyone else (Victoria Embankment) but I would love to retake that one before putting it online.
This one was really taken to celebrate my new lens which I bought about an hour before.
The quote is from BTVS which I think is apt here because though I've always wanted a 17-40L, I was in the shop to buy a Remote Cable (and possibly a Manfrotto Tripod) but the lens was on the counter and I couldn't resist it...
No post-processing done apart from converting from RAW and cropping part of the left side off.

The Spirit: “…Obsessed, then, with the cabin. He’s not really interested in paranormal events in general. Just getting revenge on the monster at the cabin. Poor guy, I feel for him, losing his girl like that. He’s got a nice car though. This thing looked like junk but the engine is sweet. Great power, smooth ride.”

Buffy: “We can’t defeat it. Even though that creature is small compared to what's behind the book, it's still too big for us. And we’ve told Ash repeatedly that he can’t kill it either. That’s a Queen or League level threat.”
The Spirit: “Not to mention, if you even go out there and try, Ivy may kill you before you ever see the cabin. Depending on if she’s awake or what sort of mood she’s in.”
Buffy: “I’ve never seen her in a good one.”
