One of the local landscape companies helps the city with the clean up operations. The tree they were cleaning up had been topped and the whole top was laying on the street completely blocking the intersection. If you look in the background you can see more tree damage. This group was interesting. They were a special education outfit connected with the school system. Most of the workers were high school students learning a trade. They handled communications, advertising, supply, etc. Only the instructors actually climbed trees (probably a good thing). Of the three outfits to do tree work in the neighborhood, these kids were the most professional.
