CP hardly runs anything worthwhile anymore, and it’s gotten to the point even these GP20s are worth going for. Hearing one was on a loaded CWR was the pinnacle of Sunday. CP also rarely runs any southbounds via A5, let alone one with a standard cab (in daylight. Yes I know the Healy Job exists) so hearing it would run A5 was enough to get me down to Chicago itself for a click.

Wie alle Schwaben und mittlerweile auch die „Neigschmeckte“ wissen, kann man Maultaschen auf drei unterschiedliche Arten servieren:
In der Brühe,
mit Kartoffelsalat und grünem Salat,
geschmelzt mit Zwiebeln und Kartoffelsalat /B>
oder
geröstet in Scheiben und mit Ei in der Pfanne angebraten.

Die Maultaschen sind quasi die schwäbische Variante der Ravioli. Sie galten ebenfalls als Gericht armer Leute, da auch hier Reste in der Füllung verwertet wurden.
Der Legende nach sollen Mönche während der Fastenzeit* auch Fleisch in den Teigtaschen versteckt haben.
Maultaschen oder * Herrgottsbscheißerle sind eine Spezialität der schwäbischen Küche.
