1960s USA city street, featuring a damaged car, garbage bins overflowing with trash, and pedestrians walking.
The bus driver was Jose and very friendly and helpful since I haven’t really rode the bus before. Still a lot to learn.

This was once a nice Fiat 128, but there is little left. The Greek are good in neglecting cars. In the two weeks we were at Crete, I have seen many cars that have been broken or abandoned in the strangest places. This poor little Italian was in Kissamos, nota bene in a half-built building in the centre. No Greek who cares about it.

Went to Grants to do a "Girl stranded on deserted Road" shoot with Kris Chamberlain with Buggs (Alex). Intentional horizon shift for effect.
AB800 on a boom camera left, speedlight behind the model for rim light. Exposed for a slight underexposure of the ambient.

finally found some time to deal with photoshop more intensively, we did not get best friends, but at least we got to know each other better ;)
No much shooting nowadays...this is one from the archives March 2010. 25 sec exposure time. Thank you for the visits! Great day to all and happy shooting : )
A trashed, broken down car in front of KFC in James Street, Secunderabad. The Speed limit near it makes it even more strange.
my stupid car keeps dieing. I am not leaving my lights on...
I have an odd fear of jumper cables, I have convinced myself that i will be electrocuted when I use them.

I had a bit of a change of scene on my way home today. Having driven to work in a Volvo, I drove back in a Rover!
Dave's car has developed a few alternator problems, and as his commute is motorway he could do without a broken car. Back in the old days you could get away with it, but with fuel injection and electric fuel pumps it's a bit riskier.
Anyway, he's in my car tonight and I've taken his round to Fred so he can break out the magic spanners with a loving touch.
I think it's the bike for me tomorrow. Any excuse. ;)
