The view at Porth Wen Brickworks

First sighted on April 8th, this photo was taken the following day, on the 9th. I had been hoping for better photo ops of the yellow rumped warbler returnee since then, but did not have any so I am posting these now. Still hoping to see much more of this warbler as well as many others as they migrate back for the spring and summer season.

Toronto, Canada - February 2021

This was originally built to support a Iron Gate outside a property in In Sutton Village .

The main wall to the left was supported by a number of buttresses with windows.

The outbuilding behind St. Marys in Burlington New Jersey caught my eye while I was walking through the cemetery. Most people look at the beautiful church. I'm in the back checking out the brickwork on their shed.

Plymstock, Plymouth, Devon

By Regents Canal as some light is bounced onto the wall from the steel structure above.

The wands of grass seed and colour in the bokeh make me think of fireworks as we approach the new year...

Hoping that 2021 will be a Happy Year for everyone.

Seen dropping down the grade from Camperdown Junction to Dock Street Tunnel is 6B36 1925 Craiginches to Oxwellmains cement empties. The train will emerge at Dundee Tay Bridge station and hence head south over the bridges through Fife back to East Lothian. The loco, I believe, was 70802.
