. . . Does my perception of time distress you?

Everything is preordained. Even my responses.

We're all puppets, Laurie.

I'm just a puppet who can see the strings."

Yeah I posted a thing today already but this thing is cooler. Also I'll be out of town and away from my computer for a while so I wanted to get this out there before I left.

Comedian: Super-hair, Tony Stark head, painted shoulderpads, tony stark torso, Hawkeye hips, CMF Spy legs.

Silk Spectre: Nexo Knights hair, PoP head, Torso by TheMooseFigs.

Doctor Manhattan: Sporting the second head I made for him. Head was Zodiac Master's. The rest is painted. I was gonna try and make him purist but it would just never have done him justice.

Ozymandias: CMF Dog Show guy hair, Lobster Batman head, painted Clone Wars armor, Magneto torso.

Nite-Owl: you've seen him before.

Rorschach: Brickwarriors hat, Ventress head, CMF Pilot jacket, LBM Joker legs.

Let me know what you think, and cheers, folks!

Got around to finish the Ebony Chestplate. As for the gauntlets, do Brickwarriors vambraces sound good? I think they look quite good as Ebony gauntlets, with the proper paintjob of course. I also repainted the Ebony helmet completely (for the 3rd time). Please do check the note(s).

Anyway, the shoulder pads are custom sculpt, so is the chest with the texturing. What do you think about my sculpts so far? I think I have improved quite a bit :)

A moc I finished a while ago. Couldn't post because I've been super busy with school and my Grandmother moving to a hospice care place.

Custom Lego Minifigure of the Week! Saurus Temple Guard by @myrdred_the_builder

The Saurus Temple Guard Custom Lego Minifigure looks absolutely amazing! So cool! @myrdred_the_builder did an amazing job painting BrickWarriors Custom Lego Accessories to make this amazing custom lego minifig!!

Here is my next figure in my villain series. Bane was supposed to be next, but I had to wait for a shipment.

I received a Brickwarriors order today, which allowed me to make Ra's here. I also started on Mad Hatter. He may be the next one up, and then Bane.

His head and hair are painted official parts.

His armor is from Brickwarriors.

His gauntlets are electrical tape.

His boots are modified Brickwarriors greaves.

This was painted by me.

Not fully satisfied with the Grunt, Sniper, or Shield operatives. They just look a little plain and boring imo. Probably planning to revise them over time.

All the four characters from Dino Attack theme revamped.

I was extremely happy when Brick Warriors gifted us the Schaller (Sallet) helmet, but finding the right faction for it caused me a veritable headache. I was definitely looking for something more oldschool and eventually settled on the Dragon Knights. One problem though... they never had a proper shield that matched that colorful torso emblem. Problem solved!

The bottom two are both from 2015. The top one is new, for ImmediateC. Improvising the "sunburst" decor was pretty fun.

"Oh joyous day, callooh callay, the Batman's here, time to play."

Next up in my villain series, Mad Hatter.

His hat is from Brickwarriors.

His torso is a modified Brickwarriors coat.

His bow tie is green stuff.

His cuffs, hat label, and the sides of his torso are electrical tape.

He has short legs with a grill piece over them in order to make him short but not as short as standard short legs.

This was painted by me.

Mark of Tortuga and his fearsome crew land on a tiny island in the Caribbean. Why you may ask? For there lies the treasure of Captain Greenbeard the Odorous. After some digging with their swords, for they forgot the shovels, the pirates unearthed the goodly hoard of gold!

Mark couldn't be happier at the luck he and his men were having. "Myarrharr! The Treasure is all ours! Now back to the nearest port to enjoy the loot of a lifetime!"

Little did Mark realize the crew had other plans...

Just having some fun with the new Pirate pieces from Brickwarriors! www.brickwarriors.com/pirate-crew/

Custom built BrickArms/BrickWarriors/BrickForge/SDT/LEGO minifigure.

Another Apoc style character but I found a practicle use for the annoying SDT ammo pack. I could use armor with it & even the impossible ammo belt is behaving itself. I quite like how the riot shield came out with it`s battle worn look & parts of the armor & helmet were treated this way but is hard to notice in these shots. Lots of removable parts on this one.

You’d be as surprised as I am to know that this is my first Classic Marvel family portrait I’ve ever put together! I know right? Wild! I’ve done tons and tons and tons of JLA posts, but no Silver Age Marvel? Crazy!

Well I’m glad to alleviate the concern you all had for me :)

Also, don’t even think for a second I’m gonna take the time to name all of these fig parts or characters for you all, so save your finger strength :P

Just know that’s there’s official parts, plus a whole bunch of other custom elements from Citizen Brick and SFXMinifigures and MuddyRiverMinifigs and UG and CrystalMinifigs and BrothersFigure and BrickWarriors and Kopf aaand probably more that I’m forgetting!

Got some things from Adam for some stuff I made for him, and I just wanted to show some figs that I added some of the stuff I got from him.

From L to R:

Slade Wilson: Actually nothing from Adam on this guy. I made the torso, and decided to use it for him. Torso idea is from BuiltWithBricks.

70's Batman: Got some standard blue vambraces from Adam, so I put them on this guy.

Firefly: Adam gave me this sweet Brickwarriors flamethrower, so I gave it to Firefly.

Mad Hatter: Also recieved the hat and torso from the CMF Leprechaun, so I made this Mad Hatter. Idea for the lime hands goes to Taylor.

Nightwing: I also got a pair of black vambraces from Adam, so I put them on Nightwing.

I also got a lot of weapons and accessories from Adam, but these were the things that I could put on figures and show at this point in time. Thanks for all of the stuff Adam!

Inspired by the Witcher games and Netflix series. This is my rendition of a Wild Hunt Navigator leading a pack of warriors.

Custom built BrickWarriors/CombatBrick/BrickForge/SDT/LEGO minifigure.

I dont really use yellow a lot as a prime colour when painting & find it hard to work with sometimes. This guy was gonna be some kind of modern Tactical trooper but started to resemble a bumble-bee when I tried yellow then got the idea to play around with the W.A.S.P concept rather than S.W.A.T. He kinda reminds me of a fireman for some reason too. A bit outrageous I know but it`s different!

Twelve regular 32x32 baseplates added to accommodate the cavalry/infantry at the back with BrickWarriors weapons/accessories.

Look at the red Samurai horsemen in the middle!

Designed by LegoHaulic

Commissioned by me for my upcoming collaborative stop motion animation, I gotta say, this is one heck of a beast! Tyler did an excellent modeling job, couldn't ask for it to be be any better! Perfect in scale and even fits BrickWarriors Spartan Armor! It can also retract the legs (just like when you get out of the vehicle in the game)

Well, yet another Fallout-inspired figure. (Also, I'm back)

This is something I have been working on for almost a month while I have been writing my final examinations (yes, in just two weeks I finish my last year of school!), and I have to say I am happy with the results. I wanted to make The Courier (the protagonist of Fallout New Vegas) as someone sleek, stylish and badass. Because somebody with all of those bottlecaps isn't going to wear an Armored Vault 13 Jumpsuit forever. ;)

This outfit is inspired by a few mods I installed, which adds casino heists and fitting attire to go along with it, which actually was the main source of inspiration for this figure!

The rifle is made from a Reloaded Brickarms Kar 98k, and is inspired by the Fallout Hunting Rifle, a Brickwarriors fedora was used as a base for the hat, and Brick Affliction hands were used. Everything else was sculpted by me.

Hope you enjoy!

EDIT: Replaced the photo, which now includes another shot of the figure, showing that he isn't too chunky. I think he looked that way in the previous photo because of the way his arms are connected to his body.

So it has been awhile since I have posted anything but work has left me with little spare time. I recently watched the whole first season of Attack on Titan and had to make an Eren Mini-fig. I hope you all enjoy. Hopefully I will be posting more in the near future as I have several projects in production and I am getting ready for BFVA. Hope to see everyone there.

C &C Welcomed and Appreciated

How could I build the Fantastic Four without also building a few of their pals and enemies?! So here's eight more figures for you all to chew on and enjoy!

Oh, and here's a list of the custom parts I used so I don't have to answer redundant questions in the comments all afternoon: Doom’s Gun (Brickarms/EclipsGrafx), Silver Surfer Fig (by BigKidBrix), and Namor’s lil feet wings (BrickWarriors). Everything else is Official Lego!

Also Super-Skrull was basically the exact same figure that HMD BrickCustoms designed so yeah (I don’t wanna get sued by the Lego Fan Community if I didn’t say that) :P

Also also I built a lot of these figs from memory and apparently Grey Gargoyle has a cape and I completely forgot sooooo.... whoops!

...Too late to fix it now!

From L to R.

Bottom Row:

Nebula: Gave her LBM Catwoman legs. Did this a while ago, but just now showing it.

Gamora: Threw this together to try and make something similar to her outfit in the first GOTG movie.

Captain America: These legs with my Phoenix Custom Bricks Cap look good together.

Thor: Wish I had the nougat colored long hair from one of the Hobbit characters for this guy.

Top Row:

Flash: Gave him these legs and arms. Based off of Andrew Cookston's JL picture.

Steppenwolf: new horns on his helmet, made from a black Brickwarriors Jester hat.

Bane: Huge thanks to Chris for providing me with the classic Bane head. Also gave him new legs.

Oh! I forgot. Merry Christmas!

Oberyn Martell as seen in Game of Thrones. I was going to make an alternate head for him, but it didn't work out.

The shoulder, skirt, and part of the spear are sculpted out of procreate. The spear is made out of a TLG spear and a Brickwarriors spear. This was painted by me.

Oh boy the nostalgia. It's been 3 years at least, I and I have finally redone the very first custom figure I posted on Flickr. I would say I've come a long way.

His helmet is an Ultron helmet over a Superman head, modded with Green Stuff.

His upper chest and back armor is cut from a plastic card.

His belt pouches, chest strap pouch, and knee pads are cut from dry Green Stuff.

His vambraces and shoulder pads are both Brickwarriors pieces.

All of his straps and his bandanna ribbons on his helmet are made with electrical tape.

The sword is just a Brickarms sword that was slightly modified and glued to the back.

This was painted by me.

What do you think?

Now this was a figure that took quite some time. The chest is a modified Brickwarriors "Galaxy Enforcer" armour piece. The helmet is a modified Brickforge helmet on which I added some Greenstuff to make it look like you can see above. The Battle rifle is just the Brickarms Battle Rifle with a small paint job. The rest (Arms, legs) are entirely sculpted by me. A nice little feature I added is that he is actually alot taller than a normal figure, I might upload a comparison figure if you want one.

Anyway, enjoy!

First thing's first, full credit to Jaymes for the wing design. Excellent idea, and I ended up using his design for my vulture.

Now this figure shares quite a lot with how Vulture will appear in Spider-Man Homecoming, but I did make my own changes.

His mask is a Brickwarriors Plague Doctor mask. If you check my instagram, you can see an alternate mask I have for him that is closer to his Homecoming mask. I went with this one since I thought it was a tad more creative and cool looking.

The fur of the bomber jacket is made with a cotton ball hardened with super glue.

The straps on the chest and legs are made from e tape.

The vambraces are Brickforge.

The pockets on his belt are cut dry Green Stuff.

The wings are made from cut lego pieces, green stuff, and Lego katana swords.

They are on ball joints and can be posed.

I originally had General Grevious feet on the bottom of his legs for the talons, but I wasn't crazy on the look, and scraped them.

What do you think?

Thanks to Taylor for editing.

Bound by chains, loyalty and black magic, Sicaire Noir the Magnificient Wyrm has been unified with Emperor Nebucadnezar in an unholy covenant ever since the Dark Elf Resurrection.

Customization Notes:

- the dragon's body is an Indoraptor with newly painted stripes

- the head is from the the old Mutant Pteranodon, the eyes and teeth and tongue are painted

- the lower jaw is from the mutant raptor, painted and heavily modified to be connectable

- wings are regular wings, but I had to drill into the body to attach them

- the neck is built from petals and painted

- chains are painted

- dragon helmet is from a Brickwarriors shield, painted

- helmet and sword are from Nicebricks

- lance is built from Brickwarriors and official parts

- cape is from CapeMadness

Well it's not really an figbarf I think? :P cuz there are only 2 figures? Besides that I really liked these combinations so here Is a photo of them! :D

Custom built BrickArms/BrickWarriors/BrickForge/LEGO minifigure.

A simple custom re-make of the LEGO Astronaut/Diver minifigure. I think the minigun arm conversion looks pretty cool. I was gonna connect an ammo chain to it but left it off. I probably could of done a neater job so I may even do another similar type at some point.

THE KNIGHT OF NI

Inspired by the character from the movie Monty Python And The Holy Grail, The Knights of Ni terrorize the local villages with their demands of ever incresingly large shruberies and threats of herring beatings.

If you can't enjoy this one, I can no longer help you!

Sir Peregrine is loyal to his lord and serves his liege by wandering the realm in search of adventure. He travels far and wide to locate artifacts and to hunt creatures that could threaten his homeland. The young knight has made a name for himself by defeating his foes with blinding speed.

Need some input on the shocker gauntlets guys, purist or brickwarriors with a little bit of sanding? I borrowed kreepshow's shocker torso idea, so go check him out, he had it first. Also, I could do with a little advice on how to remove printing the best way (and the easiest).

"I am a Death Dealer, sworn to destroy those known as the Lycans. Our war has waged for centuries, unseen by human eyes. But all that is about to change."

This is a tribute to my favorite franchise about vampires - "Underworld", and my childhood hero Selene, an elite vampire assassin hunting down the Lycans (werewolves), who was brilliantly played by Kate Beckinsale in five films (well, in four, she's not actually in the third, because it was a prequel). I think the last film (Underworld: Blood Wars) is the best, because her story arc has come full circle, and her narration in the end is just EPIC. Also there was an interesting rare case of seeing vampires in white (the Nordic Coven).

As for the first films, well, it's seems like there was a trend in the late 1990s and early 2000s for dark films with heroes in leather trench coats fighting enemies with guns and fists: Blade, Trinity, Selene... Good times! I honestly can't believe why Underworld franchise is so underrated, it deserves much more recognition. Especially when a lot of people hated another vampire franchise Twilight... Underworld is better, it's dark and has a lot of complex politics going on between clans. Action and special effects were awesome. And for those tired of "a vampire and their food" stories - there are almost no human characters in the films, nobody cares there about those filthy muggles, unless they are immortal or something. xD

Actually, this is a franchise that defined vampires and werewolves for me. Not a vampire movie, but THE vampire movie. Not "Interview with the Vampire" (good, but I watched it much later than "Underworld"), "Bram Stoker's Dracula" (liars! these are not even close to the book! I hate this film), "Blade" (did I even watched it? I forgot, sorry), "BloodRayne" (cheap, boring and just awful), "Twilight" (still never watched), "Dracula Untold" (good, but I watched it much later too) or "What We Do In The Shadows" (great film, but again, I watched it much later). Well, actually it's more of a mix between Underworld 1-5 and "Van Helsing" (where Kate Beckinsale played Anna Valerious, a vampire hunter, what an irony) that defined vampires and werewolves for me, so every time I create my own characters in such settings, they usually inspired by either Underworld or "Van Helsing", even though both of my current settings that include a characters like those (yes, both, it's a multiverse, I told already) always had their own world rules, etc.

I wanted to make a tribute to Selene for a long, long time! But I wasn't sure which scene would be the most iconic. Originally I considered making some action scene, but that would require me to rewatch the first film again (which I haven't done since I had a TV, which was many years ago), but my list of films to watch is so long, it would took an eternity. So I've seen a picture where she was sitting on the balcony, watching the city and ready to jump and go on a hunt, and I thought it's even better than the poster, because her pose is unique.

It was quite a challenge to make her sit like that on such a narrow balustrade! Everything is held together by the gravity only, I didn't use any sticky things this time! :P I added a BrickWarriors gun to remind everyone that she wield two guns, and she's absolutely badass in using them. :) The coat was also a tricky challenge, because I didn't have any spare fabric now, and I wanted to make it puristic, so the coat is actually a certain Lego cape.

"We fought our greatest battle in our darkest hour. After centuries of war between Vampire and Lycan, this may at last be a time of peace. We must once again tend to our wounded, honor our fallen. Our final two Covens must find strength in unity, to heal and rise from the ashes. My journey has now come full circle: once an outcast, I am now one of three chosen Elders, from hunted, to the highest honor. I have lived a thousand years, I may live a thousand more, or I may die tomorrow, but I no longer fear death for I have known it once already. I am reborn and my eyes have been opened to the sacred world and the promise of what is yet to be. There is no beginning. There is no end. There is only becoming."

Underworld: Blood Wars (2016) - Ending Scene

"The orcs of Moria, also at times referred to as goblins, were creatures that resided in Moria during the time of the

War of the Ring."

The follow-up to my first batch of Moria orcs;

the armoured Moria orc swordsman.

Entirely painted from top to bottom (save for the hands),

and equipped with a custom sword (which is a modified scythe piece), a fully custom shield (made of cut plastic parts (mostly LEGO) glued together using "green stuff"), a painted "BrickWarriors" armour piece and, my favourite part, a full-on Moria orc helmet with ears and hair coming out, which I fully sculpted and painted myself.

Check out the aforementioned first batch of Moria orcs here:

Was trying to play around with more proxy designs the other day. This batch I was trying to showcase the design aesthetic for one of the in-story corporations; Mitznov Design Bureau.

Majority of their models would avoid having obvious optics packages, and have an almost faceless look.

From left to right:

- Random chassis I came up with. No idea for the name of it, but in my head it might be one of their earliest/oldest models. For some reason it turned into some kind of mechanized royal guard

- Bogatyr medium-class infantry chassis, this model modified as a proxy unit by a possible future character I've been thinking of.

- Svita medium-class infantry unit (not 100% about the name. Literally just came up with it now, so its open to change). Really like how it turned out. I could envision it as the standard go-to bulk infantry model in Eastern Europe

- Knez medium-class infantry chassis, MDB's newest entry in their lineup of models. Serving as an up-armored enforcer role in militaries or for riot control in police forces.

Bloodline Series: [1272 a, b] [1394 a, b]

Reinolt Wüstritter, the second minifigure of my fictional family Bloodline series, was a knight in Sachsen, Germany during the advancement of plate armor and the emergence of the shining armor image.

*Don't read this description if you aren't interested in this history*

The Black Plague of the 1340s, with serious resurgences for decades afterwards, wiped out many working-class Europeans. This made full-body chainmail, the old de facto, prohibitively expensive and spurred on plate solutions. The first European breastplates were made in the 1370s. This minifigure represents some of the first full-body suits of European shining steel armor that ever existed. As is only appropriate, I did my research and decked Reinolt out in the very most German armaments of the time.

He wears long, pointed sabatons, or foot armor below full-metal greaves, or lower leg armor. These comprised of a shin and a calf piece, hinged or tied together around the leg, so naturally feature a securing strap on the inside. Between these and the cuisses, or thigh defenses, hinged poleyns protected the knees and attached, flanged "wings" stopped cuts to the side of the knee.

Above the leg assembly is a mail skirt, the compromise descendant of the old traditional full-body hauberks. His type of gauntlet is known as an hourglass gauntlet, giving lots of angle to maneuver the hand. They are peculiar to this time period. Vambraces protected the forearms and lamellar (made of several plates) rerebraces protected the upper arms, still over mail. Couters covered the elbows, in a very similar design to the knee poleyns, complete with a flanged wing for the inner elbow.

The globose breastplate and simple backplate would have been worn over an arming doublet, a garment featuring the mail visible on the armpits and shoulders. A padded aventail, or neck defense of mail, hung from the rim of the helmet. This helmet, known as a Klappvisor, is a version of the bascinet type of helmet that was extremely popular around Germany.

For a witty little monologue on padded aventails and a klappvisor bascinet, watch this video I've linked to before. Don't worry. Mine has the visor-securing strap, historically accurate, that the museum recreation lacked. Tthhhhbbbt.

The red strings and straps that would hold all the plates together are a vital detail to armor, nearly ubiquitously forgotten by fantasy designs. I made them all red to fit the fictional family's heraldry.

His sword is an Oakeshott type XIIa with an octagonal crossguard and an octagonally faceted Oakeshott Type T pommel. Of the swords I've completed, this is by far the prettiest. Brickwarrior's oversized but lovely arming sword served as a base for this hand-and-a-halfer blade and crossguard, their shaping heavily modified by sanding and filing. The grip and pommel are my own creation. Brickwarrior's bascinet also served as a base for the helmet, but theirs was modeled after the pigfaced version popular outside of Germany.

I looked at multiple sources for every part, but most of this fig is based on these two recreation armors:

"Late 14th C Knightly Harness"

Globaleffects Half-Brigandine

And these well-photographed recreation klappvisors:

"Sharukhan Market Klappvisor Bascinet"

"Jolly Knight Armoury Nurnberg Bascinet Klappvisor c. 1370" which is a recreation of, you guessed it, a Nurnberg klappvisor from about 1370

Please enjoy! More pictures with less research babble are on the way!

"I've got business to attend to, piss off."

Next up in my series, The Penguin.

His undershirt is based off his Arkham Knight look, with the coat being a standard look for the character.

His torso was sculpted with green stuff so he would have a gut and some slight man titties.

His legs were made shorter.

His monocle is a clear Lego bar cut to size and glued to the head.

His coat is electrical tape, and the fur on the coat and around the cuffs is from a cotton ball stiffened with glue.

His hat is from Brickwarriors.

The brim of his hat and the bandage on his hand are electrical tape.

Thanks to Taylor for editing the photo.

"And the gala goes dead silent as I spring thirty feet in the low gravity and land hard on the Bellona table. Dishes crack. Servers scatter. Bellonas fall back. Some shout at me. Some do not move even as their wine spills. The Sovereign watches, struck by curiosity, her Furies stirring at her side... I tip the wine over onto Cassius's lap. He explodes up at me."

Built for the Final Duel Category of the Colossal Battle Contest 2016.

As soon as I saw the vine whip from Brick Warriors I knew it would make a perfect razor.

This is the scene from Golden Son where Darrow and Cassius fight at the gala. (For those not in the know, Golden Son is the second book in best sci-fi series of all time: Red Rising by Pierce Brown.) I won't spoil who wins the fight in case you haven't read the book. But seriously, if you haven't read this series yet, you need to buy the books today. (right now!)

The LEGO scene turned out a little too crowded for my liking, but since there is a size limit (and the deadline is today), this is as good as it gets.

I've been working on this guy for few days now. Had to use that cool A-Wing Pilot Helmet somehow. Hope you enjoy! Comments and Criticism always welcome.

Tell Me Your Thoughts

Upon returning to Garheim after the hard, but successful battle on the King's Isle, Jørn Jakobsen and his men find that their home was still under enemy control. In fact, the evil Queen's troops had pillaged the towns and villages throughout Garheim.

Jørn and his troops walked through one town in silence. The attack had been recent, but not a soul remained in the area. The level of death and destruction that Jørn observed as he walked past burning buildings and mangled corpses was overwhelming.

"Those monsters will pay for what they've done."

On hearing of the disappearance of the Crimson Cloak, New Blok City's vigilante takes up the mantle. Creed had been inspired by the Crimson Cloak and when he became the hero known as Creed, he modeled some of his actions after his role model. Some of the equipment he uses has been either salvaged from the fight scene, or re-purposed. Creed's motivation to put on the cloak was to remind injustice that there will always be someone to stand against crime. Creed is comfortable in his own identity, but that doesn't stop him from wearing the crimson just give his opponents pause.
