I really enjoyed my visit to The Brick Art and Gifts store

I chatted with the manager, who like myself is an alumni of City College. I majored in film, she is a music composer. I had to get a photo of her tee for my #teeshirttales

One of the earliest apartment complexes in Düsseldorf, and probably all of Germany. One half of it at least, the other would be on the other side of the bridge from where I took the picture, and the bridge is to some degree part of the ensemble as well. They were all planned and built together in the 1920s.
Afternoon of a Faun - based on a photo of the incredible dancer, Tanaquil Le Clercq.
The sculpture is 19.3" wide x 11.8" deep x 21.6" high (49cm x 30cm x 55cm) and is made from around 3,000 bricks.
