First in a series of photos taken on the Mound on 8 February. Sheer coincidence, I happened upon the Bangor University Break Dancing Society practicing for an inter-university event on 9 February.
Breakdancing competition in the MIT student center. Only five dollars and it was amazing. I think this is the finals, or near the finals, of the bboy competition. There were a lot of video cameras in the audience, but so far only one video on YouTube that I can find.
A group of kids started to do some breakdancing inside the train - somewhere in Upper West Side of NY. I forgot how it was in this city that used to be my favorite when I was in the other side of the coast...
Unfortunately I wasn't ready for an unexpected fast motion inside the train, so the lens selection wasn't probably the best... But as a result, I sort of like the motion blur here. — at Upper West Side, NYC (UWS).
