Celebrities strike gold at charity challenge pit-stop Gold and pink proved a winning combination when the Chris Evans FAB1Million roadshow arrived to a huge welcome at Warrington's Golden Square Shopping Centre this week to raise money in memory of his beloved mum. The radio superstar was joined by musical legend Gary Barlow, Top Gear's James May and BBC brainbox Professor Brian Cox at their only north of England pit-stop of their Fab1Million Lands End to John O'Groats challenge. The famous four were surrounded by a sea of pink t-shirts and wigs in Golden Square's Old Market Place midway through their 24 hour challenge to raise vital funds for Breast Cancer Care. Forty lucky supporters won the chance to have their picture taken with the celebrities before a tombola plucked out a name to win the Fab1 Rolls Royce for the day. Golden Square's general manager, Ian Cox, said: "The atmosphere was fantastic and it was great to see the town come together for such a worthy cause. Watching the superstars of radio, TV and music and seeing the crowds reactions was brilliant. "It also touched everyone's hearts to see the breast cancer survivors turn out to share their stories and show their courage. It was a truly inspiring event." Host of the BBC Radio 2 breakfast show and The One Show, Chris Evans kick started his year-long campaign to raise £1million for the charity, after loosing his mum to the disease which is diagnosed in someone every ten minutes in the UK. The team arrived in a brand new pink extended wheelbase bespoke Rolls-Royce Ghost which was gifted by the iconic car marque for a year, complete with the FAB1 Lady Penelope Thunderbirds plate which is owned by car-fantatic Evans. Ian Cox added: "Everyone knows someone who has been affect

Let me preface this by saying there are so many different ways to handle your debt and so many opinions on the proper way to acquire money.
Dave Ramsey has his own take and entrepreneurs of the likes of Tai Lopez, Tony Robbins, Elon Musk, etc. have their own way in acquiring money. So just know there’s no right or wrong when deciding what avenue you’re going to pursue. At the end of the day you have find what fits you. Personally, I take a little of the two and go from there.
This book shines light on the various myths about money in regards to leasing cars, paying college debt, credit cards, mutual funds, emergency funds, etc. This is a good book for anyone trying to get a basic understanding of finance and how to deal with their money.
The debt snowball effect is used by so many people I know and though it’s a basic concept, many people still don’t use it. Yet, the effectiveness of it and the concept of living off a certain percent of your salary is extremely powerful. Definitely a page I took out of this book.

Too often we don’t realize what drives us. This book talks about the different drives in our lives and that we tend to rely on external drive. Money, fame, awards, notoriety etc. the problem is this...when your drive comes from external sources, eventually.... you’re going to run out. That’s why though in some cases external drive works(temporarily), inevitably the strongest drive starts within; Intrinsic drive. Now you may ask..how do I get intrinsic drive?
Simple. Find what excites you. Find a career where you truly feel excited to be a part of and as cliche as it sounds, one you’d do whether you were paid for it or not. Example, nobody is paying me to play soccer right now. But that doesn’t prevent me from picking up a ball and going outside to train. Nobody is paying me to read a book, but I’ll pick up a book everyday because I love the process of learning. That, my friends, is internal drive. Nobody has to offer you anything. Montana Rail Link had the same colors over its lifetime, dark blue, white, and red. However they did change up the paint schemes a bit and the logo a few times. The logo on the side of this caboose falls between the earliest and latest versions. This "all caps" logo served during the middle years. It is perhaps my favorite version of the MRL logo, I'll miss seeing it around as it fades into history.

Dear Dad,
I've made a new friend!
The thing that fell out of the tree wasn't a thing at all, it was a pink hippopotamus called Gladys. I got the fright of my life when she came bounding out of the leaves towards me but she turns out to be a real gentle giant. Not only that, she's probably the cleverest person I've ever met. She knows EVERYTHING!
The first thing I've learnt is that all hippopotamuses like climbing trees. I had no idea! They like the view up there, and also the way the wind makes their tails waggle. They do it most of all in autumn because, as Gladys has just demonstrated, the leaves provide them with a nice soft landing should anything go wrong. (Things often go wrong when hippopotamuses climb trees.) Apparently it's quite normal to see them plummeting to the ground about this time of year. Gladys says that's why the Americans call autumn "fall". I bet you never knew that! She's so full of fascinating FACTS!
Gladys asked what I was doing out here on my own so I just told her I was going on a journey. She asked what was in the suitcase (she's nosey as well as clever) and I told her to mind her own business! Anyway, long and short of it (guess who's "long" and who's "short" - lol) is that Gladys is going to tag along for a bit. To be honest I'll be glad of the company, plus you never know when a brainbox will come in handy and best of all, she's going to give me a RIDE!
Anyway, got to go, Dad - my hippo awaits. Will write again soon, promise. GERONIMO!!!!
