Braids are really fun to do, but you need to focus so as to do them.
Here are some tips that may be helpful for braiding:
-Braid hair when it’s wet or damp, so you can catch all the loose ends inside the braid and form a really clean, sleek style.
-It’s easier to braid layered hair when it hasn’t been washed for a day. It becomes more malleable and easier to work with.
-The tighter the braid, the longer it will hold, so use a braiding technique like the fishtail or halo braid, to keep slipper hair from falling out.

Day…ummm…12? of my hairstyle challenge? Not sure…anyway todayI tried an upside down French braid leading up to the plaited bun. It took 4 starts to get the braid right (but I blame Lory for that - she distracted me and made me forget where I was adding hair!) So, after all that effort, I decided to leave it frizzy and “romantic” to hide the imperfections. 👍
