Racy braces!

Since my weight loss I find the last hole on my belts still leaves my trousers too lose.

So I've started adding buttons for braces.

Do you know how hard it is to find a store that sells buttons these days?!

the crossbars that the square sails hang from are called yards, and the lines that adjust the positioning of the yards (they swivel around the mast, so as to set the sail for different wind directions) are called braces -- VERY heavy to adjust, so every now and then we'd get the call, "all hands to the braces!!"

After school, Kendra came over.Her, Andrew, Raymond and I went to wal-mart and to the graffiti wall.She got braces that morning.Then her and I went to Safeway and bought like little ammounts of things and went to Kim's till.We filmed Kim working and then went back to Wal-Mart.Then she had to go home.So she did and I went home.

And talked to Darren for the first time in awhile.

I've had braces for a year. Despite the pain (and it has been painful, sometimes), the difference is astounding.

I have at least one more year left to go.

Anyhow, I got my braces off today! I'm licking my teeth soo much. Maybe I'll upload some pictures of me without them. I get my rutainer (sp?) on Thursday. I can't believe school already starts on Monday! I've been so productive lately in terms of sim pictures. lol.

Cliche I know, but I'm getting my braces off on wednesday and wanted to show them in a picture.

I'm wearing clothes. My tank top straps are just down.

And this is much more simple than my usual stuff, but I liked the way my processing worked, and the bokeh and the shadows. Yay!

But anyway, thank you braces for making me patient and giving me straight teeth. :D
