I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: Two vast and trunkless legs of stone

Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away
It's maybe trite to be reminded of Shelley's sonnet when visiting a ruin - and why should this one prick my memory more than any other? But somehow the pathos of this building which was clearly so elegant once evoked a sense of sadness and loss that I have rarely felt around a ruin.
A certain university in Toronto has a new campaign based on the theme; Boundless.
I don't know what that has anything to do with this picture but I came to this place to sulk after my exam.
I was recently inspired by the film 'Gravity', and was in awe of the magical yet terrifying sensation of being completely weightless in space.
