One of my guilty pleasures is collecting bottlecaps. The refrigerator in my garage is covered with unique bottlecaps, each attached with a magnet.

Flash and a Macro do some wonderful things together to everyday objects.

Bottlecap magnets with serious hot chefs. I love a man that can cook! Even nerdy Alton Brown. Gordon Ramsay and his firey temper. Rocco Dispirito very cocky attitude. And Anthony Bourdain-don't know what it is about him? I started off thinking he was an ass, now I have such a crush on him.

We bought a 12-pack sampler of Kona Brewing Co. beers. Each cap had a Hawaiian word on the underside. Fire Rock Ale, Longboard Lager, and Koho Brown which had coconut in it (and was easily the least desirable of the sampler).

There are worse ways to pass the time in the back yard while the ribs cook.

Collected bottle caps. I've actually consumed a fair number more beers than this, and none of these were consumed today, but it's a start to a collection.

I have an unnatural fondness for trash and rust and graffiti and things. This pepsi cap is on the eastmost stairway (the one with less irregular steps, the one without the handrail) of the two that lead from Fifth to Devon.
