Ce Bluebus 18 est vu ici sur un site propre de la ligne C6, entre les arrêts Jules Maniez et Dominos, en direction de l'aéroport.

Seul exemplaire articulé, ce Bluebus est vu ici aux Beaux Arts sur la ligne C6.

Ingredienti:

◾2 uova sode

◾1 cipolla bianca di media grandezza

◾2 spicchi d'aglio

◾olio extraversgine d'oliva

◾acqua calda q.b.

◾100gr concentrato di pomodoro

◾200gr di piselli surgelati

◾250gr di carne di manzo tritata

◾1 mozzarella

◾20gr di parmigiano reggiano

◾20gr di caciocavallo

◾1 cucchiaio di pangrattato

◾noce moscata

◾sale

◾pepe nero

◾zucchero

   

Preparazione:

 

Tritate al coltello o con un robot da cucina la cipolla. Quindi fatela soffriggere in una casseruola assieme agli spicchi d'aglio interni,ma pelati. Aggiungete il concentrato di pomodoro e mescolate accuratamente. Diluite il tutto con l'acqua calda, utilizzatene tanta quanta ne serve ad ottenere una salsa non troppo liqueida, ma densa al punto giusto. Lasciate cuocere fin quando il sugo non riprenderà il bollore, prima però, dovrete aggiustare la salsa di sale, zucchero e pepe. Una volta ripreso il bollore, incorporate i piselli, coprite con un coperchio e fate cuocere per circa 15 minuti a fuoco moderato, mescolando di tanto in tanto. Trascorso il tempo necessario, aggiungete la carne di manzo tritata e spolverate con noce moscata a piacere. Dovrete far cuocere per 30 minuti circa, coprendo la casseruola con un coperchio. Il ragù dovrà risultare abbastanza denso ed i piselli ben cotti. Tagliate a cubetti la mozzarella e grattugiate i due formaggi; in una ciotola versate il pangrattato ed un cucchiaio di formaggio grattugiato, mescolate e mettete da parte. Portate a bollore una pentola piena d'acqua, salate e poi calate la pasta, cuocetela al dente, quindi scolatela e poi conditela con il ragù, la mozzarella, il parmigiano ed il caciocavallo. Versate il tutto in una pirofila in vetro o ceramica che avrete precedentemente unto con dell'olio extravergine d'oliva e su cui avrete cosparso del pangrattato (questo trucco farà in modo che la pasta non si attacchi alla teglia). Infine spolverizzate con il mix di pangrattato e formaggio e mettete a gratinare in forno preriscaldato a 190° per 10-15 minuti. Servire caldo.

•250gr minced beef

•1 mozzarella

•20gr Parmesan cheese, grated

•20grams Caciocavallo cheese, grated

•1 tablespoon bread crumbs

•nutmeg to taste

•salt to taste

•black pepper to taste

•sugar to taste

Method:

Chopping the onion with a knife or a food processor. Then fry it together with the peeled cloves of garlic in a pan. Add the tomato paste and stir thoroughly. Dilute all with hot water, use as much as it takes to obtain the sauce not too liquid, but dense to perfection. Now you have to adjust the sauce with salt, sugar and pepper, so let cook until the sauce boil resumes. When the sauce boil, add the peas, cover with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. After this time, add the ground beef and sprinkle with nutmeg to taste. You have to cook for another 30 minutes about, covering the pan with a lid. The sauce should be quite thick and peas should be tender. Dice mozzarella and grate the two cheeses. Pour the bread crumbs and a tablespoon of grated cheese in a bowl, stir and set aside.Bring to a boil a pot of water, salt, and then dropped the pasta, cook until it is “al dente”, then drain it and mix pasta with meat sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan and Caciocavallo cheese. Pour into a glass or ceramic baking dish. The baking dish has to be greased with the oil, also you have to sprinkle it with some breadcrumbs (this step is very important because in this way pasta won’t stick to the pan). Finally sprinkle the pasta with the bread crumbs and cheese mixture, place the pan in preheated oven at 190 Celsius degrees for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.

  

IL MIO PIATTO DI PASTA PREFERITO.

  

Gli spaghetti con le vongole sono uno di quei piatti che si apprezzano sempre, sia in estate che in inverno. E' un piatto semplice e come tutte le cose semplici, regala emozioni davvero inaspettate!

 

Per la ricetta degli spaghetti con le vongole, raccogliete le vongole in acqua fredda salata (35 g di sale grosso per 1 litro di acqua, come la salinità dell’acqua di mare). Copritele e lasciatele spurgare in frigorifero per almeno 2 ore, ma meglio per 12 ore.

Scolatele raccogliendole con le mani senza smuovere gli eventuali depositi; sciacquatele in acqua corrente; scartate quelle rotte o aperte.

Portate a bollore l’acqua per la pasta. Salatela e buttate gli spaghettoni.

Scaldate intanto, in una larga padella, 2 cucchiai di olio con l’aglio schiacciato, il peperoncino spezzettato a piacere e il vino bianco. Lasciate evaporare il vino per 1 minuto, unite le vongole, un pizzico di sale, coprite con un coperchio e fatele aprire a fuoco medio-alto.

Toglietele dalla padella non appena saranno aperte, per non cuocerle troppo; eliminate quelle rimaste chiuse.

Filtrate il liquido di cottura attraverso un colino foderato con carta da cucina, per eliminare le impurità residue.

Versate il sugo nella padella. Scolate gli spaghettoni conservando un po’ di acqua di cottura e saltateli nella padella insieme con altri 2 cucchiai di olio, abbondante prezzemolo tritato e le vongole, se volete parzialmente sgusciate. Saltate fino a ottenere un’emulsione cremosa.

MY FAVORITE PASTA DISH.

  

Spaghetti with clams is one of those dishes that are always appreciated, both in summer and in winter. It is a simple dish and like all simple things, it gives truly unexpected emotions!

 

For the spaghetti with clams recipe, collect the clams in cold salted water (35 g of coarse salt per 1 liter of water, like the salinity of sea water). Cover them and let them drain in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but better for 12 hours.

Drain them by collecting them with your hands without moving any deposits; rinse them in running water; discard the broken or open ones.

Bring the water for the pasta to a boil. Add salt and throw the spaghetti.

Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil with the crushed garlic, the chopped chilli pepper and white wine. Let the wine evaporate for 1 minute, add the clams, a pinch of salt, cover with a lid and let them open over medium-high heat.

Remove them from the pan as soon as they are opened, so as not to overcook them; eliminate those that remain closed.

Filter the cooking liquid through a colander lined with kitchen paper, to eliminate residual impurities.

Pour the sauce into the pan. Drain the spaghetti, keeping a little of the cooking water and toss in the pan together with another 2 tablespoons of oil, plenty of chopped parsley and the clams, partially shelled if you want. Skip until you get a creamy emulsion.

The railway arrived in 1930 in Bobo-Dioulasso and then in 1954 in Ouagadougou. It was initially operated by the Régie Abidjan-Niger (RAN) from 1960 to 1989 before being taken over by SITARAIL (Bolloré Group) in 1995. Despite an ambitious project to connect the different countries of the sub-region by the rail network, almost nothing lasting has been achieved to date apart from two sections currently abandoned.

 

The first is a section which was to connect Niamey to Parakou, then to the Beninese network, started in 2013 and decommissioned in 2018, which was limited to around a hundred kilometres within Niger.

 

The second is an ambitious project carried out by the Burkinabe people under the revolutionary regime of Captain Thomas SANKARA (1983-1987). This involved extending the Abidjan-Ouagadougou line towards Niger by serving the Tambao phosphate mines. If the platform was built over most of the distance, the rails could only be laid over a hundred kilometres to reach Kaya. The railway nevertheless operated for several years before being abandoned following the deterioration of specific watercourse crossing structures. Operation of this line is currently limited to the Kossodo industrial zone on the northeastern outskirts of Ouagadougou.

 

However, this infrastructure could arouse new interest because it passes close to the future Donsin International Airport. Establishing a rail service to avoid traffic jams would be an avenue to explore, primarily as the work to be carried out would be limited.

 

Le chemin de fer est arrivé en 1930 à Bobo-Dioulasso puis en 1954 à Ouagadougou. Il était initialement exploité par la Régie Abidjan-Niger (RAN) de 1960 à 1989 avant d'être reprise par SITARAIL (Goupe Bolloré) en 1995. Malgré un ambitieux projet de relier les différents pays de la sous-région par le réseau ferré, quasiment rien de durable n'a été réalisé jusqu'à ce jour en dehors de deux tronçons actuellement à l'abandon.

Le second est un projet ambitieux réalisé par le peuple burkinabé sous le régime révolutionnaire du Capitaine Thomas SANKARA (1983-1987). Il s'agissait de prolonger la ligne Abidjan-Ouagadougou vers le Niger en desservant les mines de phosphate de Tambao. Si le terreplein a été réalisé sur une majeure parte de la distance, les rails n'ont pu être posés que sur une centaine de kilomètres pour atteindre Kaya. Le chemin de fer a néanmoins fonctionné durant un certain nombre d'années avant d'être abandonné suite à la dégradation de certains ouvrages de franchissement de cours d'eau. L'exploitation de cet ligne se limite actuellement à la zone industrielle de Kossodo dans la périphérie nord-est de Ouagadougou.

 

Pourtant, cette infrastructure pourrait susciter un nouvel intérêt du fait qu'elle passe à proximité du futur aéroport international de Donsin. La mise en place d'une desserte ferroviaire qui permettrait d'éviter les embouteillages serait une piste à explorer, d'autant que les travaux à réaliser seraient limités.

La empresa francesa Bluebus, del grupo Bolloré, presentaba el modelo de microbús eléctrico de 6 metros. Presenta varias curiosidades. Por un lado, tiene también las marcas del carrocero catalán Indcar: hace pocos días, ambas empresas han alcanzado un principio de acuerdo para que la catalana sea la distribuidora exclusiva en España de los vehículos de la francesa. Por otro lado, tiene el escudo frontal, un intento de imitación de la imagen de marca y los asientos tapizados como si fuera destinado a la red urbana de Barcelona, operada por TMB.

 

Durante el congreso, TMB e Indcar firmaron un acuerdo por el que la primera probará este microbús eléctrico, reproduciendo condiciones reales de explotación en las líneas de la red urbana de Barcelona. La prueba durará tres meses y se iniciará en julio.

During the congress, TMB and Indcar signed an agreement whereby the first will test this electric minibus, reproducing real operating conditions on the Barcelona urban network lines. The test will last three months and will start in July.

In 2015 werd bekend dat PSA de Bolloré BlueSummer in productie ging nemen en ging verkopen, hetzelfde jaar spotte ik dit exemplaar in Monaco. Volgens de Bolloré Group zou dit de eerste 100% elektrische cabriolet zijn. Ik heb er daarna nooit meer wat van gehoord en ook nooit meer één gezien.

In 2015 it was announced that PSA was going to take the Bolloré BlueSummer into production and start selling it, the same year I spotted this one in Monaco. According to the Bolloré Group, this would be the first 100% electric convertible. I never heard of it again and never saw one again.
