Got To Stay Focused..

I got the idea of composing this picture through photochallenge.org pool.they're having a challenge of one photo a week with the theme, "Resolution." So here's my new year's resolution... Stay focused so that I will be able to make better decisions in life.Unlike the past years that I don't focus and make sudden decisions that often leads to negative outcomes..And btw I have 2 photos for my day 5 coz i can't decide which one to upload..I'm already sleep so I think it's time to call it a night..Good night guys..

It all started with this, then she decided to post hers, eventually she said every girl should have a lipstick pic in their stream! so here is mine =P (not as good as any one of yours though)

Two days later

Went to test drive my new 35mm lens. I'm so happy with the bokeh I'm getting from this lil monster.

M42 are really fantastc and much fun lenses for very cheap price. For this picture I've used Helios 44M 58mm f/2 lens, and every time I take picture with it amazes me with very nice circular bokeh.Take a look on my photostream, there are many pictures that are made with m42, OLD but GOLD lenses.

Style/Look

That style was a bit inspired by Dustin Diaz' style ... warm, desaturated, lots of blacks and a slight split-toning.

Bokehlicious eye candies. Captured with a Nikkor 28mm f/2.8 manual focus lens.

This was at the pier at the canoe place on lake george at the Adirondacks. We were 12 people in all and the only thing they could fit us in was a War Canoe! That thing was huge. Of course it was the guys mainly who did the rowing (and died with shoulder aches the next day. I must've gained an inch of muscle!!). Made a circle around an island on the lake (that lake is huge btw!) and towards the end, we all jumped into the lake with our life jackets on! :D Overall a very fun experience.

I Wondered whether the Canon 85mm f1.2 lens was capable of giving me pleasing flower photos. This is a new lens for me and after a trip to Great dixter gardens I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the flowers were and how buttery smooth the bokeh is.

I love tulips, this was taken in my favourite garden, Great Dixter gardens in Sussex.

I am always amazed at the incredibly impressive and beautiful specimens in this garden.

You have feet in your shoes.

You can steer yourself

Any direction you choose.

I haven't done this in a long time, but here is something different to give you a little break from my flower macro shots. For this week's Pretty Pink Themed Tuesday theme – Pretty Pink Shoes. The model is my younger niece.

Week 2 of 52 in 2015. The theme is BOKEH. Taken about 20 minutes after sunrise, the bright sun helped provide this golden hour bokeh.
