I assume that these rusty boilers, which are in the small village of Hecla on the shores of Lake Winnipeg, once powered ships on the Lake.
Power Plant Beige - Coal fired power plant, two blocks with 757 MW in total. One block now in demolition/deconstruction.
Four derelict Lancashire boilers. The left one (and a further one to the left which cannot be seen) probably went out of use first and are fitted with chain grate stokers for burning coal. The third on the right has Hamworthy rotating cup oil burners. And the most right is a 'modern' Cochrane package boiler.
