Being the southernmost city in the world Ushuaia there is certainly a feel of remoteness about the Argentinian settlement. Of course there is a port which means that one way the views look to sea whilst ion the opposite direction your eyes are drawn towards the mountains. An Aerolineas Argentinas Boeing 737-8 is seen climbing away from the cities airstrip.
It is worth pointing out that the mountain range in the background is just over the border in Chile.
