Think I've been watching too many Dodger games with the announcers talking about Bobblehead nights. Guess they're popular items.......
This is a build that I actually started working on about a year ago. I was struggling with the hands and arms and kept pushing it aside to works on other projects. I finally got this thing done and I'm pretty happy with it. It is also a bobblehead so I'll post a video soon showing that little feature, probably on my instagram.
The world's largest bicycle museum & shop, as seen in the New York Times and Associated Press.
You can see their bikes in movies such as: A Beautiful Mind, Super 8, Fathers & Daughters, Fences and many others. On display in their museum is a Pee-wee Herman bike from the movie Pee-wee's Big Adventure!
They have the Bowden Spacelander, the first fiberglass bike made and one of the most sought after bicycles. Only 30 or so to be found, Bicycle Heaven has 17. They have close to 6,000 bicycles vintage to new under one roof. They also have an extensive collection of memorabilia and theme bikes that includes The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Sports and Bobbleheads, local art work, and many other rare items for you to enjoy.
From what I understand: there are three things that all Wisconsiner's love:
Beer, cheese and sausage.
As their southern neighbor I am obligated to make some sort of joke here, particularly about their women folk, but I say we dispense with the pleasantries for today. Wisconsiner's in fact love their sausage so much that they dress each other up as different giant sausages and race each other. The bobblehead I received at the event told me it was the day of the mighty Chorizo, but as you can see in front of the frenzied crowd: Chorizo was in fourth place while the Italian sausage easily outpaced the pack.
Terrific Thursday to you my friend.

From this angle Misty seems to resemble one of those bobblehead toys people have on the dash of their cars.
Meet Andy the Armadillo, a bobblhead doll. He normally sits on top of my workstation at work, but I brought him home to make him a star. He's ready for his closeup Mr DeMille.
For those who've never seen one, or don't believe they exist, this critter is the Texas State Small Mammal (don't ask). They are symbolic of Texas, especially the Austin area, which used to have a music venue called Armadillo World Headquarters, where I saw Ravi Shankar in concert back in the early 1970's, in my university days. The animals are somewhat related to anteaters and sloths, and have a very sturdy protective shell. The nine banded armadillo is found in Texas and in some other southern regions, having migrated up from Central America.

This is my latest LEGO Ideas project - Star Wars Bobbleheads! I would appreciate it if you had a look and gave it your support. :)
A bobblehead is a toy figure with an oversized head that can wobble (or bobble) its head when you lightly tap on it. The first ones appeared in the 1950s.
Here is a version of the bobbleheads in LEGO. The wobbling works very similiar to the original toy.
Ordered this from AliExpress...I was surprised how large it was...appoximately 6"+ tall. Great photo prop! Shot with the Fotodiox 11mm extension tube.
Pancho was unimpressed with the cold hose bath I gave him. He must be accustomed to a warm-water tub bath. With bubbles and scented oil. Rose petals, maybe.
Pancho made #30 in Explore! Thank you!
This is from the Star Wars Bobbleheads LEGO Ideas project, although Chewbacca is not actually part of the project. Anyway I would be happy if you had a look and gave it your support!
(98/365) Meet Amanda the enchanting armadillo bobblehead. We found her in a gift shop a few years ago and were enchanted. For 119 pictures in 2019, #38 "Enchanting".
These bobbleheads are a bit bigger then the Star Wars bobbleheads, and their heads bobble much slower.
