The Bank's chairman (Percival Bower) speaking at the official opening of the branch on September 3rd 1927. A notice in the branch's window advertises that the Lord Mayor will be conducting the ceremony.
This became a TSB branch which closed some years ago.
The site now looks to stand empty with no signage to give away what the current use of the building is.
