A close-up. The dress looks so great on her, I love dresses for dolls that aren't exactly in a pure white color but either off white or nearly beige or slightly vanilla tinted. This one's more off white.
Trims! I can’t decide what to do, but I know I want white trims. Do you think I should put a white sash around the waist, a white lace around the collar, or some white pom-poms on the bottom of the skirt? :
This right here is the reason I bought a drone. You just can't see them from the ground.

Her initial, "M" is printed on her skirt with a frame surrounding it made of ribbons and tiny hearts.
Her glasses are also big part of her look, she owns circular, vivid pink eyeglasses and black sunglasses.
She wears net stockings, layering them with red socks and wears four strapped shoes.
She has brown long hair with a wavy bangs. Her hair is in a ash light brown color.
Her hair accessory is a big blue ribbon.
Her face type is radiance and introducing a new semi transparent skin type called natural skin.
A slight change from the whiter creamy color to a more natural and healthier look.
She has light brown eyeshadow, salmon pink lips, pink cheeks that have a nuanced look.

i brought 6 girls with me (on vacation)...love to post other pics but the internet connection sucks :(
I've been sewing for Blythe for a few weeks. I made a few Halloween inspired dresses including this one for petite Blythe. I wanted the fewest seams as possible so it is only 3 pieces. One front and 2 halves of this pattern with a center seam for the back. This is mostly hand sewn. I used my husband's cast off black dress shirt. I gathered the waist and added trim and a velvet ribbon as a sash. I kept it really basic so it could be versatile and could be used for a historic scene (like a little suffragette or Victorian look).
I also made a little black felt witch hat. I'll post the whole thing on a petite some time in October. Hoping to set up a little dio for her. This dress was made with a slightly different pattern than the one shown (just the sleeve). I made a second dress in green using the revised pattern I am showing here and the sleeve was wider and a little longer. I'll post that in October, too.
