an dem Wassertropfen könnt ihr sehen wie klein diese Mohnblumen sind, habe im Frühjahr spaßeshalber winzige Samen in einen Blumentopf gestreut, aber nie ein Ergebnis erwartet ...

Zwei Geschenke machten es mir möglich dieses Foto für heute einzustellen. Ein Blumentopf mit diesen herrlichen Blüten und ein neues Objektiv Lensbaby Sweet 35 Optic. Da wünscht man sich doch öfter im Jahr Geburtstag zu haben.
Das Objektiv hat einen beweglichen Composer mit der 35 Optik. Mit diesem Objektiv zu arbeiten heißt: üben macht den Meister.

Two gifts made it possible for me to post this photo for today. A flower pot with these beautiful blossoms and a new Lensbaby Sweet 35 Optic lens. It makes you wish you had a birthday more often in the year.
The lens has a movable composer with the 35 optic. Working with this lens means: practice makes perfect.

And bad scrum. However, these bees were moving so fast that I could usually only catch one or two on the approach. That's why there is a summary of the story with several pictures to see here ;-) It was incredibly fascinating to watch the busy bees doing their busy work. There were so many, back and forth again and again – digging earth out of the tunnel, whirling it with the wings, flying to the neighbors' roses, cutting leaves, rolling them up, transporting them to the flower pot and crawling into the depths of the soil ... I hope my oleander will survive ;-)

Und arges Gedrängel. Allerdings waren diese Bienen so schnell unterwegs, dass ich meistens nur eine oder zwei im Anflug erwischen konnte. Deshalb gibt es hier eine Zusammenfassung der Geschichte aus mehreren Bildern zu sehen ;-) Es war unglaublich faszinierend, die umtriebigen Bienen bei ihrer emsigen Tätigkeit zu beobachten. Es waren so viele, immer wieder hin und zurück – Erde aus dem Tunnel wühlen, mit den Flügeln wegwirbeln, zu den Rosen des Nachbarn fliegen, Blatt zuschneiden, aufrollen, zum Blumentopf transportieren und in die Tiefen des Erdreichs hineinkrabbeln ... Ich hoffe, mein Oleander überlebt es ;-)

This pretty balcony I've seen seen during a stroll through the old town of Torri del Benaco on Lake Garda, Italy.
Torri del Benaco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Verona in the Italian region Veneto, located about 130 kilometres (81 miles) west of Venice and about 30 km (19 mi) northwest of Verona, on the eastern coast of the Lake Garda. It is home to a 14th-century castle which belonged to the Scaliger family, and which perhaps occupies the site of an ancient Roman castrum. It now houses an Ethnographic Museum.

Ein mit Fett und Körnchen gefüllter Blumentopf dient hier als Futterstelle für die Vögel, eigentlich für Meisen aber das Rotkehlchen ist genauso geschickt. HSoS! :-)
A flower pot filled with fat and grains serves as a feeding place for the birds, actually for tits, but the robin is just as adept. HSoS! :-)
Dans les allées du cloître de nombreuses ouvertures furent pourvus de vitraux. Mais du fait des multiples destructions, peu sont parvenus jusqu'à nous. Ici, un vitrail datant sûrement du XXe siècle complète cet épais mur de grès rose agrémenté d'une grande fresque (hors du cadre).
