These are my new pair of earphones, the excellent Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro (catchy name) in a rather fetching shade of blue.
Lit with a blue shade of led on black leather.
Thinking about it most of my tech purchases of late have been blue!

Here's one from a while back at Nisqually. This squirrel is eating a strawberry left behind by a picnicker. Simply freaking adorable, I say.
Later, I noticed it has some sort of device, possibly a mind-control device, attached to its ear. Maybe something from the black-ops department at the nearby military base. I don't know, but most likely we will soon tremble at the little feet of our squirrel overlords.
Today was a very happy day... Spyder returned earlier this morning after two days and nights of being missing. He is mainly an indoor cat but lately we put a tracker on his collar to let him explore beyond the fenced enclosure. Despite having a collar on with a 400ft range bluetooth tracker, the collar managed to break free and we picked it up near the barn two days ago.
Desperate, we knocked on doors to neighbouring properties, gave out our phone number, walked a nearby trail calling out his name. Last night we combed the farm property into the wee hours, flash lights in hand. I was almost certain we may have spotted him on the neighbouring property as I could see a pair of lit eyes watching us intently asI beamed a flashlight at it. Despite calling out Spyder’s name to whatever animal it was, it didn't approach so we eventually returned to the house.
Afterwards, I rattled the kibble jar numerous times at the front entrance door, put out some kibble and tuna near the entrance. Spyder returned early this morning. I can't tell you how happy and relieved I was to see him.
Message: if your cat goes missing, go searching immediately near your house and surrounding property and don't give up, keep searching... I do think going out late last night and searching the entire property when all was quiet and calling his name was key in his return.
You see feathers I see teeth. Teeth like that couldn't belong to a carnivore, so a blue-toothed herbivore it must be. I shall look it up in my Observers Book of Wacky Animals right away.

The epitome of cool importance a million years ago, the Motorola HS820 Bluetooth handsfree earphone cost about $100 as an extra. I'm not sure I even even used it. So it's been rattling around the top drawer with all the other oddball items since 2005. HMM!
