The Macro Mondays theme for 3/27 is stitch. This portion of the ripper on the white net bag is approximately 2.4 cm. I’ll put up the size verification in a bit…. There were a couple of other possibilities- they’re in the ohotostream.

The Macro Mondays theme for tomorrow, 12/5, is crack. Took this picture of a blue and white bell’s crack using a clip on macro lens. I just like everything about this so it will be my choice for posting!!

There’s not going to be a size verification shot bc I wouldn’t be able to find this portion of the bell again and then how would I get the ruler in? The height of whole bell itself is about an inch and a quarter and this part is probably less than a quarter of an inch.

Herring Gull at Girvan Harbour, yesterday.

I had the feeling that she expected to be fed...And she was being shadowed by her yearling , so must still be feeding the youngster. After a few minutes of strutting around, yapping, she eventually let out the iconic gull “rammy”. I was sorry I didn’t have any dead fish on me. 😄

The original photo used for this is a photo I took of one small dolphin (2 "long which can also be used as an eraser) placed on a blue colored long sleeved t-shirt. I used various effects in Photoshop to make this scene..

The choice for 2/28 for the MM theme of “card”. It’s the ID card that was attached to a cute squooshy soft kitty- a birthday gift from my DD. Does she know me or what?……

There were 2 or 3 other MM possibilities. I’ll put them and the size verification shot up in a little while. This half of the card is 1 and 7/8ths of an inch in its longest dimension.
