7 frame panorama stitched in CS6. Each frame 1/4 sec @f10

A bit of drama in the sky this morning as a frontal system passed through. We raced down to the lookout and snuck in a few quick shots before beating a hasty retreat.

Sunny above and cloudy below makes a lovely start to a Sunday.

A small waterfall upstream from the Gordon falls in Leura, Blue Mountains.

After some heavy rain over the last 2 weeks, the many rivers and streams are running strongly, and the waterfalls are in full swing.

As I am still fairly new at looking more closely at nature (though I have always loved my bushwalks), this is the first time I have found eggs like this. They were incredibly tiny so I think it was luck more than anything but it was a lovely surprise!
