This year more than 20 volunteers helped the Square Mile team to prepare runner finishing bags for more than 1200 runners and also 80 Bloomberg runners participated in the run itself. Bloomberg Square Mile supported Greenhouse Sports Charity this year, whom Bloomberg is proud to be supporting through the educational Startup program. Greenhouse Sports is a charity working with over 8,000 young people across 17 London boroughs each year. By providing intensive and high quality sports coaching and mentoring for young people from disadvantaged communities we improve their life chances and research has proven we increase attainment and attendance in education.
