The people on "Morning Live" were talking about it so I decided to take mine. I already had two cups of green tea so it's slightly elevated. My heart rate is quite high but blood pressure only a bit over. Usually I am around 115/70 so this is higher for me personally, but that's what caffeine does.
Caffeine is a Helluva stimulant even at small does.
I essentially quit caffeine and stick to decaf coffee, decaf black tea, and green tea on occasion. I cycle green tea so it's at least every other day, but usually only twice a week.
More people need to beware of the long-term effects of nicotine, caffeine, and theobromine. All stimulants with slightly different molecular structures, yet act on the body (or the body reacts TO the chemical, to be fair) very similarly.
When one gives a small child chocolate and they start bouncing off the walls, people assume it's the sugar...but it's the stimulant in chocolate: theobromine. Just an FYI...

After that heatwave day and sleeping in HOT weather I woke up feeling kind of dizzy. Drank some water and felt a little better but still vertigo.
Checked my BP and it was lower than usual. Around 115/65, 115/70 is normal for me. ANY LESS than that and I start to feel off.
People say (MDs specifically) that 'you can't feel if your blood pressure is too low or too high' and to that I say: BOLLOCKS! YOU TOTALLY CAN! Allopathic doctors are not infallible or the be-all-end-all of health.
I can tell either way, but then again, the caveat is that I am highly in tune with my body and what feels right and wrong. I made an effort to be able to sense these things and you can too if you really Care to and make a concentrated effort. If you feel something is wrong, then it just might be. Don't let anyone bully you, gaslight you into thinking that it's just your imagination; seek a second or even third opinion. So many people saved their own lives by investigating things that just 'don't feel right'.

I didn't think i would be able to do this one for the 7 deadly sins for the FGR today but I think it will work. I was going to save this group for a whole week dedicated to it but I think that I will just re-visit it when the time is right and my ideas are flowing for it.
This is Pride... I have taken myself off my blood pressure medication and I am trying to control it within my own means (diet, less sodium, caffeine, and more than my normal 6hrs of volleyball a week.) I don't like having to take 3 types of hypertension medication when i am only 24!?!

Blood pressure should naturally get LOWER as you age and as you can see heart rate has little to nothing to do with blood pressure. I was moving right before this. I’m sure if I sit here 10 minutes and take it again all numbers will be lower.
I do not purposely eat a low sodium (Na) diet but it’s not high either, however I do track my minerals and I do supplement Mg and K which helps keep the other body salts like Na in optimal ranges.
