Etter utpakking fra hytten reiser vi ned til Heidal og blir med på fulldags raftingpakke med Go Rafting Sjoa. Etter en gjennomgang ved guiden vår fra Mexico bærer det ut på strykene i Sjoa.
Taken the morning after the April 6, 2023 ice storm that hit Montreal (and most of Eastern Ontario and Quebec).
I am obsessed about capturing every space that I am in. Also I do capture performances or spaces on request for a project. I upload the best of the captures on to FLICKR. From these I select a few to write my blogs about the experience, introspection, learning etc. I also use for executing projects in education, performing arts etc.
I create an annual calendar as a tribute to Indian dance and music
So these select captures showcase the broad perspective and spectrum.

Vi spiser kjempegod middag på restauranten Cesare i Costa Teguise. Katja spiser pasta arrabiata som hun er veldig fornøyd med.
Oppskrift. 2 store bunner: 10 dl hvetemel, 4,5 dl vann, 6 ss extra virgin olivenolje, 1,5 ts salt, 50 gr gjær.
Tomatsaus: 2 bokser tomat, 1 boks tomatpuré, 3 fedd hvitløk, 2 løk, litt paprika, halv gulrot, frisk basilikum, oregano, merian, spisskummen, fennikel, sukker, salt, pepper.
Topping: Kyllingfilet i biter marinert med bl.a. fersk hvitløk, chili, spisskummen. Champignon, paprika, jalepeño og nachochips.
On several occations we sat in trains blogging then commenting each others posts, much simpler than talking ;)
