A few of us from the Taekwondo school were picked by our coach to participate in a TV game show called "100 wins, 100 victories". It involved getting through various obstacles while being chased/pursued by two dudes. The girl pictured above was the show's tianshi, or "angel". Her job was to look cute and encourage the participants... I won my events, and our team won the grand prize. Woo-hoo!
This was before cable TV in Taiwan, and there were only three television channels, so after the show aired, I was a local celebrity. It seems everyone and their mother watched that show.
Etter velkomstdrink kjøres vi ned med golfbil ned til leiligheten vår. Og bagasjen er allerede låst inn og venter på oss.

やっと風にめぐり合いました。しかしこのめぐり合いは短く切ないようです。
今日一杯でおわり、明日から試練の東風との戦いです。当初の予報より15から20ノットとすこし
落ちましたので、がんばって走ろうと思います。
昨日はピカッカ！と、来ましたが、逃げる必要もありませんでした。
とにかくエオラスは10ノットから15ノットの風が一番機嫌よく走ります。
今西南西の風が13ノット！5.9ノットで走ってます！最高！
