With the rear of their train still well within the Jackman yard limits, 142 hammers down at they split the old automatics at Blair (the old EB one can be seen laying on the ground). This is called "the Sheave Tower" located in Blair, Ont. It was built in 1876 by a very inventive pioneer to harness the power of a creek and gain even more horse power to grind flour in his mill during peak times. Was fitted with an electric motor in 1931 and continued to work until 1954. I guess it's an early form of auxillary power lol.
