Shot with my trusty old iphone.
There may be a bit of Photoshop involved, yes, but remember: the light must be good anyway ....

The plant had its own cultural centre/theatre, which - unlike the other parts of the site - is still in very good condition.

Judging by the very short scene where this car appears, to me personally at least, it looks even more interesting than the Spinner itself.
I have high hopes about this movie, the trailer looks absolutely fantastic and I just hope, I hope, I hope that Denis Villeneuve will manage to pull this movie his own distinct way, as he never failed to deliver that one thing that almost every movie seems to lack lately, the STORY. It just might be that one movie that would wash away an entire year of fails and deceptions.
This little (mini?) thing has some really sexy angles despite the small size, so for once I took a lot of detail shots. Once I'll get them sorted, they'll be up for your consideration.
Okay, inspired by the 2049 spinner. Wasn't aiming for an exact replica :P
Inspired/copied from hfqs1234 but with a few changes.

Wind turbine blades being unloaded in Portland , Victoria in Australia. I believe the ship runs them from Brazil to Australia. HTT!
Roy Batty: Quite an experience to live in fear, isn't it?

Out in the dark this evening again overlooking Hope Cement Works in the Peak District. With the misty conditions, this scene looks like something out of Bladerunner.
A composite loosely inspired by the classic scifi movie Bladerunner. The street was shot in Mongkok, Hong Kong.
The background is a mix of buildings I shot in different cities (Hong Kong, Dubai, Shanghai, Bahrain, Guilin)
All the visual effects (smoke, fire, lens flare, light beams, fog, color grading) done with BorisFx Optics.
More than one hundred elements were used to create the composite. If you go to my Facebook Page (danielcheongphotography), you will be able to see the original street shot.
By far this is my favorite figure out of the three & my favorite character in the movie.
Starting with the pistol. It's a modified BrickArms HC-1 that I cut & sanded then I use ProCreate to add different shapes added two barrels and extended the trigger guard & then I painted it.
I don't remember exactly what head I used but all I kept was the eyes & I painted the rest.
The hair is a modified Mutt Williams hairpiece that I sculpted with ProCreate & painted brown.
The trench coat is a CapeMadness trench coat that I cut to size & the fur was sculpted out of ProCreate.
The rolled up pant legs are strips of electrical tape that were glued on and painted.
Everything on the figure was painted by me.
So let me know what you think?

From last night's outing in a tunnel with Neil R and Tim, I had a go at improving a previous shot inspired by the new Bladerunner film due out soon. As is the way with things, I don't think I succeeded but here it is anyway....
Shot in one photographic exposure and cropped for the benefit of my pseudo OCD...
