In the Whit, and down 7th Avenue

I caught up with BU as they marched past Whole Foods. We stopped for a Teach In about mail-in voting next to the Post Office, and a brief Know Your Rights training in front of the Jail.

The Flag Wavers caught up at the Jail, and marched behind Black Unity through the streets of Downtown Eugene.

I tweaked a tire on my bike and left the march before the finish. ·

The message on the sign works on more than one level. We are marching to demand racial justice, but we are marching past the clear evidence of economic injustice.

The system knowingly creates both racial and economic injustice at the maximum levels to keep itself in power. It's a fine point. How much injustice can the system create before it endangers itself?

We appear to be at a point of Peak Injustice.

Thurston does not have the reputation that would welcome a Racial Justice street protest. You can expect even more outrage when you through in heavy anti-Trump, and anti-cop vibes. Still, most of the people who came out of their houses were supportive. Some of the local teens joined the march. Even the local police, and some mean-mugging flag wavers, lined up to pay their respects.

"We march

Y'all mad

We sit down

Ya'll mad

We speak up

Y'all Mad

We die

Y'all silent

Black Lives Matter"

We speak

The text reads: All cops enforce a racist and oppressive system....No good cops in a racist system.

That's the philosophy of ACAB.

Here's one from the net: " ACAB means that no matter how nice a person the cop is individually they must break strikes, attack social movements, execute homophobic, sexist, and racist laws, deport and evict people, and even torture and murder, because that is what the police do."
