The DF class was built by GM in Canada and upgraded to GT22MC in 1990's. I was going to black-list this location if this 6th attempt at this shot got ruined by a cloud again (and it nearly did.) This easy all year shot took me 3 years to get simply due to bad luck.
Several members of Pittsburgh Cars 'N' Coffee are taking part in the Black List Rally this weekend. The rally started in Toronto, Canada then heads to Niagra Falls, Canada, they will arrive in Pittsburgh on Friday evening then head to Chicago before finishing in Indianapolis where they will attend the Brickyard 400.

This is a photo of my beloved Algarve. Lately he's been mistreated. The pandemic imposed a terrible situation on this region of southern Portugal. All tourism-related activities went into a deep crisis, because some European countries (who knows why?) puted the Algarve on the black list of tourist destinations. Whoever dares to spend their holidays in the Algarve will have to comply with the quarantine period. What is more curious, some of these European countries have many more confirmed cases of infection by Convid-19 than Portugal.
In the capital Lisbon there are some outbreaks with some seriousness, but they are under control. In the Algarve, on the contrary, there has never really been an outbreak of cases.
Visit the Algarve, because the pandemic situation is under control. Just in case, public hospitals are responsive and access is free for all those who fall ill with any disease.
Do you want to come to the Algarve? Take a flight to Madrid and then to Algarve and return safe in the same way. Interestingly, in Spain the situation is much more serious than in Portugal, just look at the case of Catalonia.

Esta é uma foto do meu bem amado Algarve. Ultimamente tem sido maltratado. O estado de pandemia impôs a esta região do Sul de Portugal uma terrível situação. Todas as actividades relacionadas com o Turismo entraram em crise profunda, porque alguns países europeus (sabe-se lá porquê?) colocaram o Algarve na lista negra do destinos turísticos. Quem se atrever a passar as suas férias no Algarve terá de cumprir o período de quarentena. O que é mais curioso, alguns desses países europeus têm muito mais casos confirmados de infecção pelo Convid-19 do que Portugal.
Na capital Lisboa existem alguns focos com alguma gravidade, mas encontram-se controlados. No Algarve pelo contrário, nunca houve verdadeiramente um surto de casos.
Visitem o Algarve, porque a situação pandémica está controlada. Os hospitais públicos têm capacidade de resposta e o acesso é livre e gratuito para todos aqueles que adoecerem com qualquer doença.
Querem vir ao Algarve? Tomem um vôo para Madrid e depois para o Algarve regressem da mesma maneira. Curiosamente, Espanha a situação é bem mais grave do que em Portugal, basta ver o caso da Catalunha.

On another note it has been just a little over a year that I last made Explore on Flickr. Not that it really matters but it is kinda cool to see your photo in Explore. I was getting shots regularly with each week but then all of a sudden ..... nothing. Is there some kind of "Black List" and if so what does one have to do to get on such a list.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

As a result I got an impolite mail informing me that my name was added to the hall of shame black list.
My corresponding through Flickr mail did not help much. I will spare you the details. The bottom line is: I have left this group allowing the next in line of the top contributors to be the first. I was the first with 398 photos.

I am amazed this made Explore. It's the first shot that's made it since last year when they changed the algorithims. Apparently, they changed them again...OR THEY TOOK ME OFF THE BLACK LIST!
This is a barn I found along Robb Camp Road just over the state line in Hancock County, Tennessee. It sits down in a bottom below the road. As you can see from the photo, the morning light was just catching the dead leaves in the top of the tree, as well as the hillside just in front of the barn. (This is what I tried to emphasize). There was also a pretty good frost on as well.

This thing is, you cannot withdraw money from ATM's with Western bank cards; debit or credit. You have to take cold hard cash into the country, either Euro's or US Dollars, and exchange it for their Rials. It think we exchanged 2 or 300 Euro's and you receive a huge pile of bank notes in return. The biggest note is 100.000 Rial and is worth a couple of Euro's.
My Dutch bank app on my phone also didn't work. You can't go to the bank's website either. All filtered for some reason. Only other country where I had the similar problems was Lebanon. You can only withdraw money from ATMs of some banks in Lebanon. Later I found out that some Libanese banks have ties with political parties which are on a black list.
In April 2017 Trump was just in office and a year later he reinvorced the sanctions on Iran. In the Obama era, who dropped the sanctions, IranAir ordered 100 Boeings and 100 Airbus aircrafts. They were never delivered.
