G-BKMS : Boeing 737-2Q8 : Orion Airways
Leased from Air Belgium, and in their livery with only a change of titles.
Former EI-CRK of Aer Lingus . But was operating with Shaheen Air is pictured on the West Apron in Dublin awaiting its last flight to the states to be scrapped
These horses belong to an equestrian facility, where they promote harness racing. They are called "Écurie BKM", and I guess they are breeding horses as well. And my second guess would be that the curious brown horse on my photos isn't running any more. There's a harness racecourse in the nearby city of Bernay called Hippodrome de la Galopinière even though most races there are harness races. But it seems as if the horses run in other races as well. www.letrot.com/stats/homme/ecurie-bkm/ZWJbYgYBZA/propriet...

Here's a pic of a recent minifig I designed. Tiger stripe was by far the most difficult camouflage I've ever tried to replicate in the Lego aesthetic. You can't simply scale down the real thing or else it ends up looking like a muddy mess (maybe thats the point!). At the same time, you cant really get away with doing a "caricature" of the camo either. There are very specific shapes, color placements, and even how smaller elements flow throughout the pattern. If you don't get those right, it ends up looking...off.
Tiger stripe is one of my favorite camo patterns, so I really wanted to get it right. I hope the end result speaks for itself!
Props to CB for the Mitchell Pattern helmet print.

Ballistic Knife Modules. The BKM-L for assassins on-the-go, and the BKM-H for those who REALLY want to make sure someone is dead.

In early 1990s, joint protect for designing of heavy machine gun for new modernization of army started. Goal: replacing of different machine guns within the Russian army at that time, standardization of many variants of Berezin machine gun into one; and further lightening machine gun. Result was machine gun of BKM-90, then modernizatsiya into BKM-90M. system joint design of committee, based on Berezin machine gun.
With weight of 26 kilogram (6P37 version, without mount) or 33.5 kilogram (6P40 version, with mount seen) BKM-90M is designed for mounting on all vehicles, from truck to tankovi (coaxial or turret) to vertoleti.Automatics worked due to gas from gas block, rotating the bolt and unlocking the breech, then ejecting emptied round and feeding new one into the breech. Having special system of recoil dampening recoil is very light. Modernizatsiya design in mind with different cartridges: 12.7x108mm, 12.7x99mm NATO, 15.2x99mm. Can be mounted on tripod for defense of static positions, but otherwise features bipod, and a rail for mounting of optical sights. Iron sights can be folded down. Optical sight of EKP-08M-3 is seen on picture, and coincides with iron sights.

This started out as a brainfart of me taking the barrel section of a gun I had made some time ago (I'm getting dangerously good at recycling my old builds), and then became me building this thing. It was a bit of a wild ride making this thing but fuck me this turned out good. Hope you like it lads, because I'm kinda squeeing over how good this ended up being.
Oh and the entire description is a parody of those Google-translated Russian weapon articles.

A rather fitting tribute to an old friend! Current fleet salutes an old timer.
Thursday 6th October 2016, the one time Aer Lingus A330, EI-CRK and more recently AP-BKM with Pakistani carrier Shaheen Air departs Dublin Airport for the final time bound for Orlando Sanford Airport in the USA for part out & scrap.
While waiting to line up on runway 10 for departure "Shamrock 146" operated by A330 EI-DUO arrives in from San Francisco framing AP-BMK for a picture perfect moment, whilst right behind AP-BMK was another Aer Lingus A330 EI-EDY operating the "Shamrock 105" flag service to New York JFK. Nice to see the former EI-CRK was in good company on her final transatlantic voyage!
АКСМ-32100D trolleybuses are produced by the Belarus company Belkommunmash (BKM; Производственное Объединение «Белкоммунмаш», БКМ). BKM was organized in 1973 on the basis of the streetcar and trolleybus repair shop under the Ministry of Municipal Economy of the Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic. During the first two decades the plant was repairing trolleybuses and streetcars of Minsk. After USSR breakage the independent Belarus got a strong incentive to develop its own vehicles production. Therefore a few articulated trolleybuses YMZ T1 (ЮМЗ Т1) were assembled at the plant in 1993 from engineering sets of Yuzhny Machine Building Plant of Ukraine. The enterprise also modernized trolleybuses of the ZIU models 100 - 101 produced by the Engels Electric Transportation Plant (later CJSC "TrolZa") in Engels, Saratov region of Russia. Later the company started to develop its own trolleybus models, the first model AKSM 201 (АКСМ 201) appeared in 1996, followed by models 213, 221, 321 and 333. Since 2000 the production of streetcars started: AKSM-1M, AKSM-60102. In 2016, the production of electric buses has been organized. Today the BKM Holding (ОАО «Управляющая компания холдинга «Белкоммунмаш» - ОАО «УКХ «БКМ) is the leading industrial enterprise in Belarus in the field of production and overhaul of rolling stock of urban electric transport.

BrickArms New Release. More playing around with backgrounds and lighting for this round of weapons. Just regular old cinder blocks, lit with 1 softbox from the back and cellphone flashlight from the front. LEDs make an interesting reflection when you hit the plastic at the right angle. Almost a sparkely rainbow effect where the glare meets the black. Cool stuff.
