If I am not mistaken, these are mosquitoes on our dusty window. If that is the case then they are most unwelcome because they mark the start of the itchy bite season.
On my blog, I mentioned that there has been a plague of mosquitoes this year already in Orihuela. The wet spring and recent warm weather have favoured the cycle of the insect. The only course of action is to send out the little yellow plane loaded up with a suitable insecticide and blast the buggers into oblivion.
Of course it would help if my Spanish neighbour the other side from Sr Tonto cleaned his pool. I’ll post a picture of that tomorrow.
