I know, it is again another training photo but, I really like it (thanks a lot to Lucy who took this really cool pic).
Today at the end of the training, we did Boxjumps again, I am so f'ing happy with the results. I could jump over 1.07mts high, this just after almost 3 months training.
I must confess that I fell down trying to jump 1.15mts (the high shown in the photo) but I am very close to achieve it, I need just like 2 o 3 weeks more and I will do it.
