I made this. This little gem of subversive cross stitch is for my best friend. I didn't follow a pattern, I just played around until I liked it. I finally found a little frame to complete it.

A bottle of Bitch Please brewed by Three Floyds and BrewDog in collaboration at the BrewDog brewery in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
Bitch Please is an 12% abv barrel aged Scottish barley wine, brewed with a number of different malts, including Laphroig whisky malt, and single hopped with Nelson Sauvin. Short bread, fudge and candy floss was also added to the brewing kettle, creating a rich and smoky beer. I reviewed this beer in June 2011, so I was interested to find out how it had aged in the intervening three years.
The beer poured a murky brown color with a beige head. Despite the age it still reeked of peat, overwhelmingly so. It had a medium heavy to full bodied mouthfeel with a soft carbonation. The taste wasn't as peaty as the smell, allowing the slightly oxidized sweet malts to shine through. It finished with a slightly acidic ash note, I'm not too fond of.
Bitch Please is not a beer that ages too well, so if you've still got some bottles left you may want to drink them soon.
A bottle of Bitch Please at BrewDog Edinburgh.
Bitch Please is a collaboration beer brewed by BrewDog and Three Floyds from Munster, Indiana, at the BrewDog brewery in Fraserburgh. The beer is a 12% abv barley wine brewed with many different malts, including the Laphroig whisky malt, and then single hopped with Nelson Sauvin.
It poured a reddish brown color with a beige head. The aroma had a mild peat smoke character with plenty of caramel underneath. Mouthfeel was medium heavy with a smooth carbonation. The flavor started out with caramel before the smoke took over, typical Islay whisky style, which I felt was too dominating. The smoke lingered in the long aftertaste too, making the beer seem one-dimensional. A bit disappointing actually.
Friday's are half-days at work, so I'm off at noon. I laid around the living room with my dog Cree (she is such a dramatically lazy dog ♥ ) in the sun. What a nice day!
Haha, it looks like Cree is saying something like "Bitch, Please!" or "DO NOT WANT" ...
