I was lucky, it was to be prepared for a family event when the theme was announced.

HMM!

 

The composition is exactly 3'' wide.

Biryani is a mixed rice dish made with Indian spices, rice, and meat (chicken, goat, pork, lamb, prawn, or fish), or vegetables and eggs. It is popular throughout the Indian sub- continent. It is also prepared in other regions such as parts of Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq. It is a dish that has acquired a niche for itself in South Asian cuisine.

Basmatireis mit frischen Koriander- und Minzblättern, dazu mit Cashewnüssen verfeinertes Auberginencurry, Ananascurry, Tomaten-Zwiebelsalat in Joghurtsoße, gekochtes Ei und gebratene Hähnchenstücke.

Made Chicken Biryani for the first time in my life. It tasted great. The toppings of fried Onions ruined an otherwise delicious photo.

Takeaway chicken biryani - this was quite good. Aromatic, flavourful and light - despite the quantity.

Indian Chicken Biryani full of aroma and flavour

When i have time then i have the opportunity to cook this beriyani rice because it is very complicated..a lot that needs to be prepared and it takes a long time to prepare it..
