It's my youngest grand daughter's first birthday today so lots of relatives came to see her, including me. We all sang "Happy Birthday!" and ate birthday cake :-)

For 122 Pictures in 2022 #53 "I wish...", this is my latest birthday cake. It is traditional to make a wish while blowing out the candles. Do I get 70 wishes for this one? My brother and his wife threw this party, and the cake was delicious, even though I am really not supposed to eat things like this. Don't tell anyone...

Two cakes in a month...way past my quota! Husband not amused. Kids neglected again...Couldnt say no to a Winnie the Pooh Cake.

I went to town for my own birthday, and created this cat cake face cake. It was loved by everyone, and I especially loved making him. He was pound cake with homemade orange flavored butter cream icing (an alteration to my mom's recipe).

And yes, the his name is a nod to Brad Neely.
