Attempted this week's challenge but couldn't get quite what I wanted. Instead, you guys get a photo of Bindi circa 1910 ;)
Using carpet tiles as the floor instead of the backdrop extension.
Also this photo was taken in the Conservatory where the light is always a little 'blue' because of the tinted roof.

A superb new discovery for me to add to the more than fifty varieties of Limacodid caterpillars I have found within a bike ride of my home.
As usual, in the absense of an ID and to make management easier, I have allocated a nickname. At first I thought the red thoracic dot was a passenger mite (not an unusual finding). Once I found the third and fourth caterpillar with the identical marking, it was apparent that they bore a bindi spot by design.
A bindi (Hindi: बिंदी, from Sanskrit bindu, meaning "point or dot") is an auspicious mark worn in South Asia (particularly India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Mauritius) and Southeast Asia among Bali and Javanese Hindus.
The origin of the bindi can be found in ancient times but has lost this significance in modern life and is worn all over the world as an accessory. However, there are different colours worn for different occasions and stages in life.
Hence, I dub thee, Bindi.

of searching I finaly found Bindi..she sat in the refrigator..when I asked her why she sat there, she answerd me: well as you told me I could only wear hats when it's cold,I went looking for a cold place,and thats here and now I can wear the hat Linda made for me..

Was single in high school and wanted to get at least ONE rose on V-Day. A besty (also single female) and I bought a rose for the other, that way we were NOT buying it for ourselves.
Came home with 14 roses and has some "splainin" to do to my Mum. "Child, you have no bf and a handful of flowers, start taking!"
I sat at a table called the Rejects during lunch. A table of leftover boys and I was the only girl. A artist, a geek, class prez, boytoy, DJ/rap artist, stoner, and me. Silly me forgot that all these guys were single on V-day too!
Each gave me TWO flowers, I squealed and gave them each a peck on both cheeks. My male besty, not to be outdone gave me THREE; he got the same and a hug while squealing. Oops, should have covered his ears. Female besty gave me one (and heck when she saw my bouquet from lunch)....14!
My Mum said only you, as she walked away laughing. She knew I loved being helpful and friendly, never expecting anything for it.
