I mean, heavy snowfall is a kind of weather and those are two bikes. Didn't say anything about it being a good idea to ride them, though.
faux-lavender added by me; I love the photos of lavender fields in France. This is at Montebello Preserve. I was lower on the same trail.....walking.

Although I don’t ride a bike, well not at least for 40 odd years, there is something satisfying about a bike. It’s solid, reliable (mainly), an art form, it has a place in our society, an environmental champion, a pleasure and a serious competitor.
There aren’t many things in life that fulfil those criteria, there will always be those detractors but for me the bike is a hero.

I took this snapshot from the window of the Rembrant museum in Amsterdam in 1992. Still one of my faves and truly retro now. Actually, it might have been from the van Gogh museum, my memory's not what it was ;-). So, yes, it was the van Gogh museum. I just did a Google search and I can actually see the window that the shot was taken through. Trees are still there. Bikes have been removed!

140km road bike ride at Yorkshire Dales. This time I found a cycling buddy, Adam who suggested the Malham climb as a main attraction of a day. Cycling there from home was some 70km and about 1000m climbing already so it was quite a challenge. Photo is made somewhere further on the shorter uphill part. Road bike paradise. Only the temperature was barely above 0*C

This photo is from my first camera in 2014, the Canon SX50. A wire sculpture of a monkey riding a bike. I edited in Topaz Studio 1/PSE 17 and added a distressed texture to it.
