It was gone 10pm when I took the stage at the Alpkit "Word of Mouth" do.The Dutch Courage worked well and I may even have been mildly entertaining.Cheers for all the flickr support :-)
Three days and nights of wetness have topped up the becks and reservoirs.Muddied paths and soaked fallen leaves.Looks a bit more like the back end now.
PS I've Twittered my way into trouble and I'm doing a turn here tomorrow night.
Drop, Cover, Hold!
It's the Big Shake Out today. National earthquake drill. You are supposed to 'drop (to the floor), cover (get under cover or cover your head), hold (on to anything that might not move). I recently saw a Facebook post which said that what people really do is 'panic, run about, then take a selfie and update Facebook'. So for this drill I mixed it up a bit and dropped, covered, and took a selfie for Flickr.
