I call this, "Sweet Sorrow"...I feel it speaks for itself (cue the tune of Sesame Street's "One of These Things Does Not Belong...":) Anyway, I am a HUGE Biggest Loser fan (Shanon of the pink team headed home tonight, which is actually O.K. with me) but previously, I've only been a fan of the show, not really the books or exercise franchise until now...yes, I've purchased the Jillian Michaels workout video "30 Day Shred." Note I say "purchased" because if you look closely, you'll see that it's still encased in its original plastic wrap. I've purchased it, held it, read the back, stared at it, sighed at it, grimaced at it, and even went so far as to turn the DVD player on...yet, my 30 days have not begun, and I've owned the video for nearly a week now. hmmmmm...to shred or not to shred, that is the question! Right here, right now, I vow to at least OPEN it by this weekend :)

Big Loser. The past 9 weeks, we've been having a biggest loser contest at school and guess who won? ME!!! I lost 37 pounds and won 3 weekly prizes as well as the overall. I cleaned up! All told, I won $299! Losing weight has never been so fun.
