Got lucky at the zoo park today or maybe I was a little more patient.......yes, that would be it !!!!! LOL
Here's one of the 2 Bengal tigers who for such a hot day was pretty mobile. The other more normal coloured one was not so that's my challenge on the next visit. Just another 357 images to go through.............
Another shot taken whilst at the Wildlife Heritage Foundation in Kent. Amazing place and an amazing animal!
@ Jungle Cat World Wildlife Park. Through a feeding hole, I was able to get a shot of the cougar, unhindered by the fence surrounding it. It has such a fierce face and piercing eyes. With a combination of conservation efforts by the Jungle Cat World personnel and increased awareness, the population of wild cougars in Ontario have seen an increase over the recent years. It really is great hearing about successful stories like this where caring individuals have really made a difference in trying to reverse the damage that we humans inflict on wildlife.

It's rare to see a leopard like this on ground posing and that too a look like this straight onto me was like too much to handle. A beautiful sighting which is so memorable.

Curious Youngster!
After years of seeing tigers, I can very well say the best time to watch a tiger in wild is when they start exploring on their own.
At one such instance at Bandhavgarh, I saw a tiger cub at wild which has come out on his own for the first time and once he saw me, othersm vehicle etc... he became so curious and looked at us with a look. Curious isn't it?
