Capalbio è un comune di 4 139 abitanti della provincia di Grosseto in Toscana.
Situato a circa 45 km dal capoluogo Grosseto, è il comune più a sud della Toscana. Per il contesto ambientale in cui si trova e per l'importanza storico-artistica assunta in epoca rinascimentale, Capalbio è stata soprannominata la piccola Atene.

Located about 45 km from the capital Grosseto, it is the southernmost municipality of Tuscany. For the environmental context in which it is located and for the historical and artistic importance assumed during the Renaissance, Capalbio was nicknamed the small Athens.
