While I haven't been in a barber's chair in at least ten years, I had to make a u-turn to at least take a barbershop photo.
I remember "Floyd the Barber" from the days of his original popularity; not reruns. (Also Barn & Opie & Aunt Bee and all of the corny others.) Never knew, however, that he was such a cult figure, as seen here.
And Pink Floyd isn't the whole story here. How about the references to Jerry Lee (Pink Cadillac) & The Man In Black (Cash Only)?
Unexpected and entertaining on a drive through Benson, Arizona.
Our resident blackbird pair have produced their first brook of 2015 and they may well rear another two broods possibly three depending on the conditions.
However this fellow who had ventured out of the nest a couple of days ago sought sanctuary by a hollow log at bottom of our garden where we have out small pond where tadpoles are starting to swim and may well provide food for the parents to feed their next brood.
He looks totally lost and bewildered but was worth a shot I thought
