After our Milky way attempts at Holy island we decided to stay around for dawn and chose the stunning location of Bamburgh and its majestic castle by the beach to see the new day in.
Not an amazing dawn but still very pleasing after a only a few hours sleep.

A double rainbow captured near St. Merryn. We were watching the rain from the comfort of a static caravan when the skies suddenly cleared. It was a matter of finding some foreground interest near the campsite.
