When Katie was little, I convinced her that I didn't have a belly button. Here, after almost twenty years, I come clean.
Belly buttons make me go funny and I hate mine being touched.
I cleverly decided that when I did loose my weight I was going to have it pierced. I went and had it done and impressed myself at how brave I was well at least until I got back into the waiting room where I promptly passed out. I then got Tonsillitis (secret #17) and the infection was so bad the next place it went was my piercing so the Doctor advised taking it out. No chance was the answer after what I went through when it was done (clever eh?) I also couldn't put the studs in and out without feeling queasy.
The result is a nice scar to add to my baby belly.
Jean also thinks it is great fun to poke me in my belly button now that she has discovered her own.
Just testing the water to see if this has more appeal/impact. Cos I loved the shot and lighting and wanted to experiment (as ever)

I have totally gone over the edge....
And here it is again for MSH- certainly not the purpose which the makers of tinfoil had in mind!!
The Steel Curtain will be in place tomorrow. Sadly, this Tampa, FL girl whom LOVES the Steelers is in Long Island, NY instead of Tampa!!!!!
I'm far from a 'girly girly', but I do love to accessorize to look good!!!!!! So of course I have to accessorize for the Superbowl as well.
Last night while we were out shopping, Ray came across this bellybutton ring and pointed it out to me. I have to commend him though....he is an avivd Tampa Bay Bucs fan, and not too fond of the Steelers. So showing this to me wasn't something he did so easily...LOL
